helpful office staff but Dr. Tonya Hall is a very rude and dismissive provider. Talks down to patients. Overly pushy about certain medicine samples to an extent where I assume she gets some sort of kick-back. complains to patient about having to give PA on drugs. does not seem compassionate to patient care not does she deliver good care.

please do not reply saying you strive to provide the best care and to contact your office.

I felt like Dr Tonya hall was just a bit too blunt and seemingly cold for me. She came off as a bit harsh and judgemental. That could just be the way she is but it doesn’t work for my needs. She is intelligent but could greatly benefit from adjusting her bed side manner and approach. I waited months to get into see her and the appt took less than 5 minutes. It doesn’t help to establish a bond. Others might like her but for me I need a softer approach to my medical care. Also the whole office seemed overworked and just genuinely stressed. I understand how health care works as I’ve worked it my entire career.. but it was just too impersonal for me. And that’s ok to not get along with every office and provider. They work for you as the patient and if you don’t get along with them you can always seek another doctor. It’s just difficult with them being the major hub for gastrointestinal issues in the Norwich area.

Very busy there . I booked my appointment for intake for a colonoscopy the beginning of November. Unfortunately, I can’t have Dr. Hall unless I want to wait month’s out. So I have a different doctor in the group that I have never met . Little uncomfortable that I cannot have my doctor. This is a bit disappointing. I guess the group is way to busy now.

Dr Hall was extremely blunt and to the point in a very professional way. No big medical terms to get lost with she treats you like a human and like you matter. Very honest open and perceptive to your feed back. She's quite unique o recommend her to everyone in need of her service.
