Worst bank in the state. I'm currently approved for disability and contacted my worker Loraine Loy this morning to set up direct deposit. Come on down she said. Lol. When I get there at our meeting time she's unavailable and not one person knew how to start my direct deposit for disability. So a hour and a half waisted. I've not heard a thing from her or the bank. Called Region's and they set me up in minutes. Worst customer service ever and I've been with them 6 years. I'd advise going somewhere else for people who need assistance.

Came in today to deposit money and asked if there was a way to prevent overdraft on an account. The lady that works the Drive Thru with grey hair thought it would be a nice gesture to shout about the solution is to live within my means, not overspend, be responsible. RUDELY might I add. I hope she never has to go through a Hard time like I am right now. I’m embarrassed and ashamed to even be asking about that because I’m always good with money but and struggling at the moment. I will be looking for another bank.

I had a unique situation but still needed a Home equity loan. Chris Osborne laid out the plan and got it handled no surprises extra cost. I highly recomend this Bank and appreciated the service.

Would not give change unless you are a member. Just needed a roll of quarters to do laundry. Visiting from out of state. So not friendly to out of town visitors. Went down the street to a Credit Union had no problem giving me a roll of quarters.

I’ve been banking with TN Bank for over five years. Loved the hometown, small bank feeling. Most of the tellers are competent and quite friendly. As of late, there have been some new tellers that seemed to not be trained as well. Often longer wait times than other banks but I came to appreciate the relationship I had as a regular.
This week, due slower Usps, a regular check I receive was delayed by 3 days. As soon as I realized it, I tried to cancel automatic payment but was unable to without 72 hours notice. TN bank charged me three NSF fees = over 100 dollars. Even after pleading with manager, Jennifer, they refused to take off even ONE NSF charge. As a full time caretaker to my severely disabled 21 year old, as well as family unemployment due to Covid-19, this was incredibly damaging. In eight years, I’ve never asked for a fee to be removed or complained about their slow service.
Needless to say, I’m closing my account and my daughter’s account immediately.
Don’t mistake the small town banking illusion for actual decent support/customer service.
