I resigned as house manager today! This company shouldn’t be in business they don’t care about clients or staff! Before any of my clearance was approved I sat on house group meeting have full paperwork on clients! They also don’t go by state regulations etc! Nobody should do business with this company and they shouldn’t be in business! Got cockroaches etc! And staff get away with wear tight holes pants tank top flip flops! Barely food, didn’t have alarms on or cameras on had put on yesterday and move couches! Just now bought shower chair rail and shower head!

These people brought a violent girl with down syndrome to a gated park for small children/children and she had zero business being there. I have worked on assisted living myself and have experience with patients who had dementia and were violent, not to mention my BIL has down syndrome.

Anyway these people bum rushed my table and overcrowded it with their patients. Already they set an uncomfortable tone but I tried to be nice and move my things so they could have a place to sit. But they did not ask if that was ok and already showed me what kind of people they are. Not to mention they sat the violent disabled girl right across from me and I have to stay at the park to change my baby so I changed her there, immediately the worker puts her arm up in-between my baby and this violent girl. It was my table and Im not getting bullied out of leaving by these people. Anyway this girl with down syndrome ended up assaulting my toddler who was hanging around OUR table because we were there FIRST with another family at the table. Someone please correct your workers to have more braincells and to keep violent patients away from places where children free roam. If I ever see these people again with that girl at the park I will be contacting police next time.

Staff are extremely rude, invasive people who overcrowd tables that already have two families sitting at them at a gated park for small children, like to bring very large violent patients to assault kids because they're lazy and can't go somewhere more private away from kids. Why are we bringing a large heavy set violent disabled person around kids? Next time, leave her at the facility and learn to bring towels to sit on the grass like everyone else who can't find a table. Lazy and incompetent. Obviously arent being paid enough to care.
