Last minute I signed up for Anna’s Breathwork Workshop on Saturday and I was truly blown away. I was warmly welcomed into the beautiful studio. Anna’s presence, guidance, education, and expertise in her breathwork workshop took me to another planet. 🤣 Truly, a blissful experience like nothing I have ever gone through before. I have participated in small breathwork sessions during Vinyasa but nothing this intense. Thank you Anna! I am looking forward to visiting Thrive again soon!

Thrive is a charming, boutique yoga studio nestled in the mountain town of Frisco, Colorado. I took two classes during my stay and loved them both. It was the perfect complement to the hiking and cycling I enjoyed on vacation. I will be back!

Absolutely love Thrive and their community. I always feel welcomed and I love the variety of classes they teach. If you are able to come, please try Yin Nidra with Lili or Vin Yin with Andrea, both classes give a wonderful way to connect, relax and move.

Loved the studio and Britany was so welcoming and a great instructor! It had been a while since I did yoga so I was a bit nervous but I loved the flow. Brittany was great at pushing us but also reminding us that we can do whatever feels comfortable and take breaks when needed.

Thrive is such a cozy space that welcomes everyone as they are to come in and go through their practice. I loved having Olivia as our yoga instructor during the Align+Flow practice. She guided us to meet our bodies where they are at without judgement. Will definitely be returning again and again.

We had a wonderful experience at Thrive Yoga! We booked a private session for four friends who were in town visiting Frisco. The studio is filled with light, warm, welcoming and spotless. All of the equipment is brand new and top quality - mats, blocks, straps and blankets. Our instructor was lovely - adjusting her approach to suit our fitness and energy levels. She was friendly and welcoming and also clearly very skilled at her practice. It was a perfect relaxing ending to an active day. I would highly recommend!
