No picture.. sorry, but the rooms were clean. The mattress, pillows and lightly weighted blanket were to die for.. I was able to lower the room temperature and it cooled quite fast. They provided a small cooler that worked well. No microwave in rooms. 😫 All the staff was very friendly and pleasant. Our party requested a wheelchair and they were kind to see we got one. The only negative is that I wish they would have a hot tub.

I'm extremely disappointed by this hotel. I booked this hotel as there was a 4 day event that was being held in the event spaces within the hotel. The morning after my first night at this hotel, I woke up to the sight of a bedbug crawling on my partners pillow. I was in disbelief and we requested to have our rooms changed, which was done immediately. If I had the option, I would've moved to a different hotel because I was uncomfortable the whole weekend, itching where I was bitten and fearing that the new room might have bedbugs too.

On a positive note, the staff is very friendly and professional. The location of the hotel is pretty great too. Unfortunately, I'll never book at this hotel again.

Our recent stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing and upsetting. We accidentally left a very expensive and life-saving medication for our son in the hotel room fridge. As soon as we realized the mistake, we immediately contacted the hotel to retrieve it.

To our shock, the staff showed no sense of urgency or empathy. They claimed the room was already re-occupied and refused to check the fridge, saying the medication was not labeled with our name. They also insisted the housekeeper only saw “leftover food,” which clearly means no proper check was done at all.

We are talking about critical medication for a child’s health, not something to be brushed aside so carelessly. The dismissive attitude and refusal to help us recover the medication was not only unprofessional, but inhumane.

This experience has left us really hurt. We expected at least a basic level of responsibility and compassion from a hotel, especially when a child’s health is at stake. Unfortunately, they failed us completely.

My husband and I had a very positive experience at the Westin Galletia Houston especially due to an incrediable employee in the Club Lounge. Martha Mejia took great pride in her job. Attentive and accommodating to all the guests. She was friendly and professional as well….it is wonderful to experience someone who truly cares about the comfort of her guests. Spacious clean and well appointed rooms. Very comfy beds. Strong AC. I love the scents. Booked this room because it was located in the Galleria mall. There’s a passageway to the mall directly at the 3rd floor of the hotel. Lots of shopping and good eats. Check in was a breeze. Will stay again

Reception- easy check in and welcoming|Lobby Bar- Jamie drop the mic - absolutely outstanding service hands down at this location.|True service with smile oriented. Strongly reccommend even if not staying here to get to the lobby bar and order a drink.|Bespoke service at its best|Concierge lounge-more than descent place to hang out with private conference room as well.|Gym- well equipped with a view|Parking- self in garage (connected)is very convenient vs 60$ valet.

I’m sharing a grave concern I have after my recent stay at the Westin in the Galleria. Initially I was very excited about my arrival and the energy of the staff. I was told I got a 25 dollar credit each day of my stay as a perk. I naturally utilized the hotel restaurant each day. On the day I was checking out I woke up at 6am. I had a lot of work to do before I checked out. Around 9am hotel security is knocking on my door.

I open the door unsure, to being met with a security guard giving me a bill. Saying I need to take of the bill. I asked isn’t this something I can settle once I check out? He tells me he was told to bring me the bill.

I immediately call the front desk to inquire why security is bringing me a 58.00 dollar bill from the restaurant within the hotel. I also see each credit I received, I was charged the same fee for each day. Which in essence I was scammed by being told I was getting a credit. The representative proceeds to tell me when a balance is due and they try to call you three times the hotel security is contacted. She also tells me my card was declined.

I travel monthly therefore when I’m not using certain cards I have on file at destinations I put a block on the card until it’s time to settle a bill. This is to protected myself from internet fraud or misuse of my card.

Nevertheless, I was not contacted at all! My room phone never rang and my cell phone never rang. Again I was up since 6am. Furthermore, it was not time to check out. It makes no sense for any of what transpired. It was not only disrespectful it’s absurd.

I asked to speak to manager who then tells me people walk out on their bills so they have to take precaution. I paid the room charges before I checked in. The balance was for food and it was under 100 dollars. To take this measure, to lie, is unprofessional and dishonorable I can’t believe the experience I had at this alleged high end hotel. Beyond disappointed.

This place this hotel, the people, the rooms the mall everything is a four star hotel and above. Ariel, you are the best thank you for the smiles every single time you were there every time that I walked by every time that I needed something, especially that toothbrush and those feminine pads that my wife needed and forgot You offered with a smile. I can travel anywhere all over this world which I have, and that smile will always keep me coming back the friendliness and the best character I have ever met in a hotel thank you very much Ariel. We will be back soon.

I am having to edit this review to add. This motel charges a $100 deposit. It has been ten days since our stay. We still have not received our deposit. I've tried calling numerous times no one ever picks up the phone. After talking to my bank my deposit amount to be returned is 70.75. I stayed in several hotels that week they all charged a deposit. But I have received all of them back. I seriously doubt I would ever stay here again.

After driving all day. Then walking the galleria i was wore out. We got a room here and it was great. Everyone was so nice and helpful. A travel site ordered me the wrong room. But they were able to correct it for me and we appreciate that. Absolutely wonderful hospitality. We would always enjoy staying here.
