We really enjoyed our stay at Wanderlust. It's funky, fun, and convenient. The price is reasonable. The showers are excellent, and the room we stayed in was quiet and the bed was good. The kitchen is really great, with all that you need including spices/oils/basics.

The staff is especially wonderful!

Great find ! Staff were all very welcoming & helpful. The hostel had a great vibe, with plenty of space/options to mingle if you wanted, or just be solo.

Small private room was large enough to not feel cramped. The bed was super comfortable with nice, clean, soft bed linens & pillows.

Kitchen well appointed with newer appliances and amenities.

Ample parking, bikes for guests to get around town. Near city center,

Heads-up: small private room is right off kitchen, if you wanted sleep before 9pm, you might have people talking right outside your room...but kitchens are the best conversations seem to take place! They do provide free foam ear-plugs if needed.

We were definitely the oldest guests (mid-60s) but that was fine. Friendly and informal check-in. We liked the large living room and the free supplies of coffee (first one up in the mornings makes a pot). The small private room is small, though, and the double bed was placed against the wall, but we coped! Quiet location, not far from the middle of town.

Hi… I had a great stay at the WL hostel and I would highly recommend staying there if you’re needing a place to stay in Gunnison for a few days. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful in giving guidance and directions on where to go and what to do in the area. The hostel has a total chill vibe and they have a real wood burning fire place which would be awesome to sit by this winter. It’s a relaxing space and they have private rooms and 2 bunk rooms for co-ed sleeping arrangements. Everyone in the bunk room respected everyone’s privacy and there are curtains to close off your bunk. They will try to accommodate you and your needs. Also it was very clean. Most importantly, they have fresh coffee ready every morning!

What a great place to stay. My mom and I stayed in the large room and it was perfect. Clean, quiet and both beds were extremely comfortable. The owner, staff and other guests were friendly, helpful and enjoyable. The common areas are uniquely decorated, clean and welcoming. The shower had plenty of hot water and amazing pressure. Outside there is plenty of seating to relax and kick back. The hostel is equipted with coffee, games, books and plenty of bikes to borrow. We can't say enough positive things about our stay and experience. Highly recommend giving this hostile a try. Thanks for a wonderful stay Amy, Hannah and Zoe!!!
