My Daughter was receiving massage therapy from here and therapist was always late. She told us she was quitting after her last visit last minute and there was no other therapist. The company never reached out or told us wether or not we would get a new therapist but to add us now again back to waiting list. please try to find new services. customer service is terrible

We have been with this agency for almost six years. Our non-verbal, medically complex daughter benefitted greatly from music and massage therapy. Her younger sister has received sibling play therapy, and my husband and I have participated in talk therapy on and off through the years. We have been extremely pleased with every therapist we have encountered. They have all been dynamic, compassionate, and full of practical strategies. Furthermore, we are grateful for the welcoming environment for children of all types. I have rarely felt more at ease with my autistic/medically fragile child than in the waiting room here--and I've also met a community of mothers here that I turn to for support.

Our therapy needs have changed as our daughter passed away last summer. We now receive excellent bereavement support here. I highly recommend this office to a wide variety of folks looking for support and understanding.

Before I found this place I felt so alone. I have a son with a rare genetic condition, and didn't know anybody else that could relate. Our social worker at Children Hospital told me we should call this center for support. We have now been going to this agency for a little over 2 years and they have become our second family. I meet with the mom's support group, and my daughter does music therapy and massage therapy. I look forward to coming each week, it feels really good to know we are not alone, and have support. Thank you for being there for families like ours!

The Child and Family Center is such a wonderful resource for our community! Very few counselors focus on working with younger kids. To provide great therapy for a child you really need to specialize, which is what you will find here!

It's a good place but I'm sad that my son's therapist is moving 🙁

Kelly has been great with the transition and making sure that there have been sessions with both the new and old therapist. I think that has helped make it easier for everyone.
