Having grown up in Longmont, I was so excited when we found The St. Vrain! It’s a spacious yet intimate venue. Most importantly, it’s evident that lots of love and care is poured into it. We absolutely love that it’s fitting for all types of celebrations! We had a religious ceremony in Denver, followed by a reception at the St. Vrain.

Our guests especially loved the cocktail lounge downstairs, where they enjoyed mingling and a mariachi band! It was the perfect start to our party. We then went upstairs for dinner, followed by dancing with a live band.

The St. Vrain requires you to book a day of coordinator and caterer with one of their preferred vendors, which we were honestly so grateful for! We booked our day of coordination with Alyssa at Calico Weddings, and catering with Greens Point. Wedding planning is stressful enough as it is, so It was great to have our coordinator, caterer, and Judi working together to help us plan our big day. We were able to be fully present throughout the day.

There is so much to love about The St. Vrain! It’s a perfectly well thought out venue, in a great location and provides an opportunity to work with local vendors and businesses. We enjoyed working with Annie, Mark, Judi and Bailey. We highly recommend booking The St. Vrain!

The St Vrain was a beautiful venue and we were so happy to have our wedding there! We received many compliments about the venue from our guests. The bridal suite is massive and there is plenty light and space to get ready. My husband loved playing games in the grooms suite before the wedding. There are tons of fantastic spots for photos, including their "first look nook". The venue manager for the day was very attentive and helped our wedding planner with anything she needed for the day. Plus, they allows dogs to present during the ceremony! They do require that you use one of their recommended wedding planners and one of their five required caterers. Both were fantastic! The only thing to be aware of is to read the contract very closely because there are a couple of additional costs they did not verbally explain. One of the costs is required event insurance for the day of the wedding. This cost us around $125. The other cost was a 10% service fee based on the catering cost. So with $20K in catering costs, we owed an extra $2K, which I was not expecting. They did not verbally explain this to us and I did not read it closely enough prior to signing the contract (definitely my fault, but it would've been nice to have them point it out). They also charge a refundable $1000 damage deposit, which they did explain, and it was refunded a couple of weeks after the wedding. Overall, wonderful venue!

We just had our wedding on 5/26/24. All I can say is WOW! Mark and Annie were so helpful from start to finish. If you're looking for a beautiful venue that allows you to bring your vision to life, we highly recommend. The St Vrain requires a Day of Coordinator which made our day so much easier and go off without a hitch. We got so many compliments from our guests on the venue. You get a bit of everything at the St Vrain. We wouldn't change a thing about our day!

Let's talk about the owners of this business. Judi Sperry is a total operator. She's kind and brilliant, a top-notch planner, and a good partner to her vendors and the community. She's passionate and knows how to create the space and scene for those core memories.

I would have confidence in choosing this venue. Not only is it beautiful and accessible and well appointed and local and women-owned. You can trust the event will be a success because you get to work with her.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at The St Vrain this past May and it truly was everything we could have hoped it would be! We had our wedding ceremony at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church and hosted the cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing at The St Vrain. It was an absolutely beautiful space and TSV was incredible to plan with leading up to the wedding. Annie and Mark are very communicative, organized, and pleasant to work with. The layout and atmosphere of the venue were just right to encourage our guests to get onto the dance floor. Our dance floor was packed the entire night! We also were able to take photos at The Callahan House since it's so close to TSV and the gardens photographed wonderfully.

We could not have asked for a better venue space for our wedding. Our wedding was gorgeous and could not have gone smoother. Annie and Mark were absolutely incredible to work with, and responded in a timely manner with any questions we had. Ingrid was also such a big help the day of the wedding. We could not recommend this venue more!

The St Vrain was the most perfect venue for my wedding day. It is a unique space with a relatively blank canvas upstairs that allowed me to make it my own for my special day, and a super cool downstairs that needs no additional decorations. The owners are amazing and the day went so smoothly. I got so many compliments from guests on how great the venue was and how they have never seen anything like it. I have nothing bad to say about my experience at The St Vrain and would recommend it to anyone asking or looking for a wedding venue (or a venue for anything for that matter)!

The St Vrain was the perfect venue experience for our wedding day. From our initial visit with Annie (former owner), she was very direct in saying, "What you see is what you get," AKA - no hidden fees and a very honest and upfront approach to the wedding industry. Judi & Bailey took over ownership prior to our wedding, and have continued to execute that same approach. They were both so communicative and evidently had good rapport and relationships with all of our vendors. Our final walk-through went seamlessly and set us up for a perfect wedding the day of! Although we had always anticipated an outdoor wedding, The St Vrain gave us the security of a beautiful space that would provide regardless of weather (the outdoor patio was spacious and beautiful during our September cocktail hour). Our wedding party ended up renting The Terry Guesthouse across the street which is owned and managed by former The St Vrain owners, which made for such a walkable and easy wedding weekend. If you're looking to give your guests a small-town experience and a walkable weekend, The St Vrain in Longmont is a perfect experience for both Colorado natives and out of state guests!
