Spring Resort is an incredible getaway beautiful, well maintained, and in a stunning location. The staff is amazing, especially Ariana at the gazebo drink spot! She made our experience so much fun with her friendly and upbeat energy. The entire resort is spotless, and you can tell they take great care of it. If you're looking for relaxation, great service, and a gorgeous setting, this is the place to be. Can’t wait to come back

Had Christine Martinez she was amazing! So helpful and friendly, and she was there if we needed anything. She was the first person we talked to walking into the doors and she made it an amazing experience. Thank you so much! This hotel was so beautiful. Will definitely come back, we love skiing at Wolfe creek and this is the perfect resort to stay since it’s so close too.

Editing my review to share that We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Pete and Michelle during our stay and I can confidently say they provided the best bar experience we’ve ever had. From the moment we sat down, they welcomed us with genuine warmth, making us feel more like old friends than guests.

Not only did they craft some of the most incredible drinks we’ve ever tasted—each cocktail was perfectly balanced, creative, and made with an obvious passion—but their hospitality truly set them apart. They took the time to get to know us, remembering our preferences and making personalized recommendations that we never would have thought to try but absolutely loved.

Beyond their impeccable skills, what made the experience so special was their energy and kindness. They created such a fun, relaxed, and engaging atmosphere, making every conversation feel effortless and every moment at the bar feel like home. Even in the busiest moments, they made sure everyone felt seen and taken care of, a testament to their outstanding service and professionalism.

Our stay at the springs resort was magical! We were there celebrating 45 year anniversary. We were met by Christina Martinez, and Mark at checkin, they ensured our stay was memorable. What incredible customer service! Thank you!

Each of the new pools were maintained and beautiful. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location could not be better, a quick walk to shopping, restaurants, and the amazing riverwalk.

We will be back to experience the new building and pools opening in April 2025.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Springs Resort Pagosa Springs, CO managed by Christina Martinez, and I can’t say enough about what a wonderful experience it was. Christina was incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived, greeting me with a warm smile and ensuring I felt welcomed. She took the time to explain all the services available and tailored recommendations to exactly what I needed, making the whole process seamless and stress-free. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her guests really stood out—she’s clearly passionate about her work, and it shows.
The spa itself was a delight, with amenities that made it easy to unwind. The relaxation lounge was pristine and cozy, complete with plush seating and soothing ambiance. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, creating a perfect escape from the everyday. Thanks to Christina’s exceptional management and the top-notch facilities, I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

This was an excellent weekend get an away. I highly recommend one of the packages so you get 24 access to the springs. The staff were so friendly and Jason even was sharing amazing facts about the springs. The resort did a great job of managing the day pass guests from the overnight guests to reduce crowding. I also saw the pools getting cleaned regularly. Overall, I had an amazing, relaxing weekend and my skin has never been so clear!

I didn’t stay overnight so I can’t comment on the rooms. If they are anything like the staff, they are 5 stars. Emma, Clayton and especially Matt (I had a lot more interaction with him) were exceptionally helpful. Superior customer service from anyone I interacted with at the facility. And the facility…clean, comfortable, updated and it seems they are constantly improving it. I wish I lived closer as I’d be a regular customer for sure. I will build a day at this spa on EVERY trip that brings me to the area. Bravo!!!
