Laquisha you are so amazing with all your residents. I can see how much you really enjoy working with all of them. Today's arts and crafts was really creative. I am so impressed with Memory Care. The care staff was so helpful as well. And I was impressed to see how the care staff was cleaning when I arrived. The counter tops were being cleaned. The floor was being swept. It smelled so nice. It was a pleasure to be there. Keep up the amazing work. Residents look very happy!

Mother has been a resident of The Village (memory care) for almost 3 weeks. My sister and I can't be more pleased! The entire staff of The Shores at Clear Lake are some of the most caring and compassionate people I have ever met. From the direct care staff to the administrative level, everyone is professional and takes pride in their work. The residential facility is beautiful and well kept. Mother's room is large and bright.

We moved our mother from Florida home to Texas. We moved her from assisted living to memory care., This wasn't an easy decision for us to make. But Mother has adjusted so much better than we ever imagined. And this has so much to do with the loving staff who care for her. I HIGHLY recommend The Shores at Clear Lake if you're looking for a residential placement for your loved one.

The Shores of Clear Lake is a wonderful place for seniors. My mom has been there for two years and I am always impressed with the staff and cleanliness of the facility. The staff is caring, warm and attentive. My mom was recently hospitalized and the is now doing great through their care as they have on site physical therapy, a gym, salon, outdoor areas, fun activities and dedicated therapists who visit regularly. The staff appears happy and is always welcoming. This type of environment is not created by chance and is a result of the leadership by Executive Director Angela and the team. We searched for awhile before selecting the Shores and it has been the right choice. It feels like home for my mom and I am grateful.

As a nurse I have been to countless facilities over the last 20 years and this facility is definitely one of my most favorite ones. First of all, the facility is gorgeous and very spacious. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The residents are always doing activities that the facility organizes for them. They encourage family and friends to join in too. It is right across from NASA and I see deer almost every time I go there along the fence line. Go take a tour, you will be impressed!

The Shores at Clear Lake is a wonderful place to bring my entertainment and music wellness programs to. I love working with the residents. They seem genuinely content and happy there. The staff is also very pleasant to talk to and work with. The Activity Director and the Executive Director are very professional. The facitity is clean and is a lovely place to visit.

Our mother has only been at The Shores 29 days but we have been extremely pleased with the Leadership Team & Staff that serve and support our mother. They have been attentive to our requests and her needs and we are pleased she has acclimated as quickly as she has. Her room is beautiful, as is the property, and the engagement of the staff seems very high. (A reflection of great leadership!) No property will ever be 100% perfect however, this has been a great experience for us all so far. Thank you, Angela, Marie & Team, for making our mother feel at home at The Shores.

Our Mom has been a resident of The Shores at Clear Lake since early 2021. We initially chose The Shores because she would be able to have a private room even when needing memory care. We have been immensely grateful for the care she has received while she has lived at The Shores. We could not be more grateful that they kept her safe and well during the Covid pandemic; truly a very difficult time for elder care facilities. With a change in management at the end of the pandemic came positive improvements; our latest visit found our Mom's room very neat and inviting, fresh and orderly. We've observed how the patient care staff interact with our Mom and with other residents; they are incredibly kind, loving and patient. There are so many wonderful activities planned to keep our Mom engaged. Though she no longer recognizes us, we see her smile and we know she is okay.
