Some great finds Ive shopped there regularly. Everything has been great until I went for one visit the time was 2:58pm and I had a rude employee tell me that it was closing time RIGHT NOW! They close at 3 PM. She said it In the rudest tone possible no prior announcements to closing were made, it was uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. Needless to say, I probably won’t be going back. I’ve donated things to them before and to treat Customers, that way is just not necessary.

Do not expect good customer service, especially when you have a question to ask. These “volunteers” will answer in the rudest way, ensuring you know what a bother you were to them. Used to shop here regularly but given the snarky attitude I received, and the poor lady I witnessed getting mistreated, I will not be returning. What a shame.

Definitely in my top five thrift shops in the area. Reasonable prices, well-organized, good stock, and kind service. I don't want the secret to get out about this place but they deserve the praise for this little gem.

Friendly staff and a great place to find treasures. The prices are very affordable and the condition of the items are much better than other thrift shops around. Note* Bring cash because they don't take credit cards.

A must-visit for any thrifter. Great clothing selection, especially in the women's section. It was nice to see board games too! Unbeatable prices, truly. Would love to see a Square or another tool for paying with credit card.

I absolutely love this place! They are a non-profit everything is donated to local churches, the fire department, the police station, and to help keep its doors open. The prices are reasonable the selection is amazing. And the staff is very helpful the only thing they ask is that you keep your kids with you at all times so the precious things they have around there does not get broken. If you want a good thrift store to shop at Shepherd's Nook has a place to go.

A wonderful charity resale shop! Plan to spend LOTS of time meandering through the rooms overflowing with fabulous finds! Clothes, linens, toys, books, kitchen, decorations, infant & baby, seasonal and so much more! This place has it all! I have never been disappointed.
