asked a sales floor associate if they give discounts for stains (the item was a cream color so i was asking because i couldn’t bleach it if the stains didn’t come out) she quickly, and rudely may i add, said “no” and walked away. i put the item back only to stand behind another customer at the checkout who asked the cashier if they could have a discount due to a stain…she gave them a discount….i guess the sales floor employee wasn’t aware or was just in a bad mood. either way, kind of upsetting.

The fitting rooms are closed and no returns/exchanges allowed. Small parking lot. A sweater and dress pants cost $10.50 which is expensive for a thrift, in my opinion.
The store is very organized though so I was able to quickly find what I needed for my Halloween costume.

An older short Asian lady and a heavy silver haired lady where working there today. Both have extremely horrible customer service skills. Both where so rude I watched three people leave because of them. I was trying to turn the other cheek when the Asian accused me of stealing. I walked up to the counter with my items. Stripped down to my tank top and pants to prove such accusations where way off when the heavy one again to yell and threaten me. I ran outta there for fear I'd lose it on them. Never ever have I been treated so bad and never will I step foot in that store. Once a regular now I can't even think about it without anger.

Very Overpriced. Went in looking for baskets. Their USED baskets sized about 12x10 inches were priced at $15.00 each. They were standard... nothing special. I asked if they could do better, they said no.

Just left the store. Was looking for a large pot. They were trying to sell used pots for $14 or more! There is no way im paying that for a used item. Checked out what else they had. Raised prices substantially. Better off going to Walmart and getting it new. Used to be a nice store. Won't be making any trips back.

Place has a well organized layout of clothes by size style and color, clothes fairly decent & even some new or barely worn for really cheap, also have stylish apparel amongst the old people church clothes that you gotta do some searching for. Nice that it's near the hospital so when you get flown there with someone in an emergency without anything, and end up staying at hospital for over two weeks, like i had, you'll be thankful for this place

I called earlier today to ask if they are accepting donations. I was told yes. It wasn't a lot, just a bag of shoes and a trash bag size of clothes. When I got there the cashier told me we are not accepting donations at the moment because there isn't enough staff. But she was really polite and I understand that they are short staffed. But whoever answers the phone needs to be on the same page because someone is going to come in thinking they can drop stuff off when really it is going to be a waste of time.
