My review specifically has to do with my experience with attending Adult Swimming lessons here. I started attending lessons a couple of weeks. I searched high and low for lessons in the area and everything seemed to be for kids. I was so excited that I found this place. My lessons are 30 minutes twice a week (Saturday and Sunday). It's me and one other person right now but I'm sure there are other months where there are more people. When you walk into the center, the staff is very welcoming and friendly which is nice. My instructor has been really awesome and patient as well. We started off practice floating on our backs and stomachs and then loved into practicing kicking with paddle boards and our hand strokes. I've been going for a couple of weeks now and I already see an improvement in my comfort level. I'm still really nervous about Easter I can't stand in but I'm getting there.

I attended a Fairfield Suisun Rotary Lunch at this location. Was impressed at how big and nice this space is. Love that they support the community and they were the Fairfield-Suisun Chambers Business of the year in 2019. I think it’s a great space. They also have a rock climbing wall which is awesome!

Decided to buy a day pass to get out of the heat and swim for a bit. The front desk person, Malik, was extremely friendly, pleasant, and approachable. Definitely a people person. After he finished giving a younger man some positive tips on how to improve his b-ball game, he greeted me with a big smile and made the check-in process a breeze. He was happy to answer my questions about the rock climbing wall and just generally seemed to enjoy working here, which to me says a lot about the place as a whole. Clean locker rooms, a/c, and just a really nice atmosphere. Will definitely be returning.

It is 7am I just got off the phone with an employee by the name of April. She was extremely rude and had horrible customer service. It’s really sad when this happens so many people need jobs and she should be happy to have one.

I would like for manger to talk to her and help her improve on this matter. If there is no improvement there is no point keeping someone who will ultimately cost them money in the long run and lost of business when people will go else where for better service.

Thanks so much! Best of luck.

The people are nice enough. But I wish I asked more questions about the summer pass. It really didn’t explain what you would have access to. Have to buy a day pass for the rock wall. From a marketing position you should make everything accessible so then if people like it enough they’d actually buy a membership for the year. We moved here from Georgia where we had a base pool, community housing pool and a ymca membership. Base pool here was closed this year so we found this. However had I known most of the time that the pools were used for the summer club kids, classes and swim lessons the whole day and half the pool was closed off for the rest of us I would never have come here. I wish they had a clear schedule we can look at where we’d have some freedom to actually enjoy the pool. At the ymca they did. And any time we went we could actually enjoy the pool. Waste of money. Wanted to like it cause I would have Invested in a membership.

This place is nice and a good place for youth to practice sports!! However the brunette lady that works the counter is a control freak she turns people down left and right and is very rude to the staff I seen working under her not the attitude you would expect for a place like that I cancelled my membership because I didn’t not want to have interactions with her!!
