Clean store. The staff ignored us. Which was good since we were looking around. Most everything is overpriced. I remember when you could get furniture for next to nothing. This helped out families in need. Not any more.

I called the salvation army to see if they would pick up a sofa and a recliner and they said they would come to pick it up so when they got here to pick up the sofa and recliner they said they can't take it because it had a little cat hair on it so they didn't take it how stupid are they I mean it Free and I'm sure some family could have used it so don't use them for anything.

This was the most disrespectful organization went to this place with my wife and 30 day old infant mark intake staff member called my wife out during dinner in front of everyone and told her that she was red flagedAbout some incident I wasn't aware of that happened earlier in the year but we had called days before to make sure we were able to go and they told us to come at 6:00 for the intake we are both patients from tropical Texas we both had our paperwork to be able to go there because that was the reason supposedly my wife couldn't be there because she didn't have documentation the days before going we called ahead of time to find out if there was a family room available and the woman Angie social worker that had an issue with my wife said that there was not we called the next day to just to make sure and they said there was so we went after our meetings at tropical Texas which we have been going for about a year now with documentation and diagnosis just to get there to be turned away and embarrassed by Mark in front of everybody during dinner they made us leave with a 30-year-old infant because he didn't receive an email from this woman which is the manager of intake stating that we could be there when all she had asked was for documentation and we had it and made sure to have it because that's what they had asked for for us to even go there we are homeless and use Medicaid to go back and forth so we spent all this time getting ourselves all our luggage and our 30-day old infant just to be turned away over an email stating that she had permission to be there and let me add had a 30-day old infant. this is the worst place I have ever experienced and I'm sure it's in-house politics which is the management there that does not conduct themselves professionally or appropriately I am by all means not trying to get anybody in trouble but this is absurd and unprofessional especially under the mission statement which is stated outside of salvation army hypocritical and unprofessional is the management of salvation army I hope this beaches HR department or somebody that can actually have this remedied thank you and have a blessed day

They sell used up shoes falling apart for retail and sometimes above retail price. They are so money hungry they're even selling the free boxes you get at the post office (which is a federal crime) see for yourself.

The store is pretty sorry! you'll be surprised at what they throw away that people donate and that's actually very good you could have a voucher for whatever thing that you need but they won't honor it even if it's something very cheap I had vouchers for a couch table chairs but they say they never have anything that's for vouchers everything they have is for sale pretty sad considering it was all donated for free so veteran basically can't get s***even after he had a house firer any lost everything something to remember next time you decide to donate!

I tried to donate and they did not accept my stuff. I have been taking my things, Instead, to the thrift stores. As far as services to the community, I will go see about a tour. As far as the store, I know they have one day during the week that they lower the prices a lot. Check their calendar. You will be surprised. The prices during that one day are great. I am not sure, but I think the day is the first Saturday of the month.

I am a big time thrifter and I love that their thrift store has a lot of great brand name clothes at very cheap prices. I also like that what they make in profits, they use it to help the people in our community that need meals or a place to sleep. I feel good knowing that I can give back as well. You can also donate stuff you no longer need or want so that this organization can continue doing a good thing.
