My electricity was unexpectedly turned off and I couldn't come up with any money to get it turned back on. Salvation Army luckily still had funds for my county and my electricity was back on in four (4) days! Plus, I was also approved for additional help every summer and winter by them paying on my electricity bill every summer and winter. This is an exceptional group of people who do everything they can to help people in need!

Very kind, helpful, got the assistance I needed with my electric bill and some groceries. My dad and I are so grateful for you all. We've really been struggling and it's such a relief to know we won't be disconnected.

The services are great and all but i just called and the guy on the phone did answer my questions but was rude as heck about it. Makes me not want to call again.
On another note, Nothing they do is for free either. They charge for every relief effort, every "charity" event and all the santas standing outsode walmart they take a HUGE percentage of it. They have never DONATED anything to my knowledge. And when i needed help salvation army made it clear since i had no money, no help! Couldnt even get shoes for my kids.

Salvation army has a staff that is kind hearted and wanting to do good in this world. They are very friendly and if your hungry and in need of a meal they are always smiling and willing to help with a meal. Sorry But I don't know the times for breakfast and lunch but dinner is at 6. You just line up at 5:45p.m. behind the building by the gate. Please be respectful and kind. And pay it forward ?
