He came to my house and quoted a time frame and a price. The job was suppose to be a total restoration. He took almost four months to get MOST of my piano back to me. Behind the piano had never been touched let alone cleaned and he lost my piano bench. When he found it after I had to go to his house to get the rest of my piano back, it had not been touched at all. So now I have to pay someone else to finish cleaning the piano and restore the bench which was never touched!!! I would NEVER recommend this man for a restoration.
