It’s been such a pleasure to work with the staff here at The Pavilion. Leigh Ann, Cassandra and Michael are always ready to help. To see their customer service they have for their residents shows how they go above and beyond to make sure each resident is taken care. The property is clean and has a very welcome environment when you enter the office. I highly recommend living at The Pavilion. Where you will feel like home the moment you visit!!

The complex is great and very quiet. management is very nice and willing to help. The apartment itself has a little bit of work that needs to be done but they are a great layout. Ceilings you can tell where leaks have happened, cabinets need to be updated showing a bit of age. Apartments are affordable, great for college students. The town of Hanceville is a small town with very friendly people. Cullman is just a few miles up the road.

When we moved the boys in the Refrigerator smelled bad and had knats in it. They had to get another one and it was missing and icemaker. The washer and dryer was not working correctly and they still have not gotten it fixed. Please help. Apt # 67

Have been living here for just over a year, and absolutely love it. The staff here are super friendly and helpful, the rent is fairly reasonable for the area, and the complex is usually quite peaceful. Definitely recommend considering making this place your home.

Absolutely the worst run apartment complex I’ve ever encountered. DO NOT torture yourself dealing with these unresponsive and unprofessional people.

It's perfect size. The air filter needed to be changed water wasn't turned on toilet is unsteady light fixtures outside door broke. Spoke to management and she is making sure all is taken care of. Excited to be at the Pavilion.
