If I can give NEGATIVE STARS I would! This Place has disgusted me to my core from management and staff! They pick and choose who they want employed and seems to me they throw out the good and bring in the unfair abusive staff! Staff that has reported such behavior towards patients have been either written up, laid off or terminated! Also, not to mention I know someone that was housed here and they failed her and waited last minute to get her any help when she isn’t mentally capable nor
Physically capable of taking care of her health herself! I will not release any names of anyone in this case because it seems to me they’ll continue to mis treat the patients with the fact of knowing so far they are getting away with this!

Has the potential to be great if Phoenix office or Even CEO would fire all the current managers running this location, and hire all new ones.
This place is an extremely toxic work environment to work in for multiple reasons. Staff scream and fight with each other all day, everyday. If they aren't screaming they are constantly gossiping about each other. Upper management in phoenix have no clue what's actually happening in their programs in Casa Grande. The site supervisor for this location, Sabrina sits around and micromanages from her office with a terrible "if you don't like the way I run things then leave" attitude. DTA supervisors run from building to building trying to do everyone's job for them and then cries that no one knows how to do their jobs properly. Staff are given equipment to use, but not shown how to use it properly. The managers call for mandatory meetings all the way at the phoenix office to explain to everyone what their job is because no one knows what the heck the are supposed to do, or allowed to do for that matter! Don't have a ride to Phoenix? Not their problem, you better figure it out and be at that meeting! The fact they have a 600% turn over rate should say something about how miserable they are to work for. The staff that actually care about the clients and advocate for quality care are either fired or end up quitting.
If you aren't the manager or supervisors "favorite" OR aren't directly related to one of the managers (nepotism runs rampant here) well, you're out of luck. The supervisors laugh and mock staff who suffer with mental health issues, thinking people can't hear them cackling Down the hall about an employees health crisis and "how crazy" they are. There is no way to safely report or speak out about any of their behavior because they will just fire and silence you.

In 2020 I had a supervisor in a group home force me to lie and rewrite an incident report 6 different times to cover up a mistake she made, and I couldn't report this manager as her direct supervisor was her older sister. (Again with the nepotism). If I wanted to risk retaliation, my job, I could have reported this, but it was my word against the two supervisors, and who was the company really going to side with? Not me that's for sure.
For a place that works with special needs adults, the managers severely lack empathy, and compassion. Food for thought to the site supervisor Sabrina, the "bad attitudes" of your staff are a direct reflection of your poor leadership.
The Casa Grande DTA and all group homes needs to be shut down and investigated and the site supervisor needs to be brought up on criminal charges.I do not recommend anyone send their loved ones to the DTA OR Group homes here in CG and encourage people to look elsewhere for quality care.
