They offer programming for the professional development of non-profit workers and networking opportunities for non-profit executives. The quality of their workshops vary wildly: many very, very poor but only good as an excuse to get out of the office, whereas a few recent offerings have been extremely useful. That's the fault of the individual instructor, but the staff at TNP work hard and are dedicated to making the non-profit sector stronger.
