Such an incredible place, The Music District helps foster musicians by way of education and providing space to practice and produce at unheard of rates. All of the faculty are successful musicians in their own right, making it an honor to be a part of this enriching environment. The rehearsal spaces are top-shelf, with high-quality gear, and the staff are great. The venue is also beautiful, sounding exceptional and featuring excellent alleyway entrance and art.

For those providing one-star ratings due to private parking issues, it is worth noting that it is downtown Fort Collins, and this is simply how it is.

Recommended for: Musicians, music educators, and anyone passionate about the arts.

Final Recommendation: If you are looking for a supportive and creative environment to develop your musical skills, The Music District should be on your radar. Visit their website at themusicdistrict.org to learn more and get involved.

What an exceptional resource for local musicians and touring artists! Love to see what the Music District is doing for the local music scene. I’ve personally watched this space act as an incubator for some of my favorite local acts (I run a small independent music venue in town), and it’s really cool to see a space filling this niche. The place is filled with creative energy, knowledgeable musicians, and lots of fantastic gear. Really impressed to see what these folks are doing with their membership program. A welcome addition to the community.

I'm not sure AS WE RISE could've made it though our fall obligations without the help of The Music District. We're utterly grateful for all the resources and their dedication to the local music community.

Your towing people from your lot at might is a joke. Need to fix your signs... not funny. I thought, that music district parking.. was
Implied that this newer parking lot was for the district of businesses right by the lot. I was there for one hour and fifteen minutes and towed.. on a Wednesday night! I didn’t even see your business, or knew it existed until
I walked over in the dark to read your small signs. The tow signs do not say for employees only, which would have been a tip, or music city customers and employees only... district is the key word here, implies for an area!! I was a patron spending money downtown... by the way, a fellow who saw my car towed, saw two others during that hour period... please fix your signs so they are more clear and others don’t get towed. How about instead of paying for a tow truck, you make money by charging people
To park after business hours. More reasonable than $282.00.

The Music District is a place that you would expect to see in Nashville. Music business training, rooms you could rehearse or even record your own music in for reasonable prices, events the average musician can participate it, and best of all business training and work opportunities for musicians.

Notice nearly every one star is someone who is upset about parking. Take those off and you have 5 stars from every one who sets foot in the facility.

You commandeered ALL of the parking for the Alleycat Coffee shop, Algiers, and other nearby businesses. Shame on you. You should at least let people park in "your" lot outside of your business hours. I was here on a Sunday and had to park down at College and Myrtle and walk past dozens of empty parking spaces to get to Alleycat. Maybe try to play nice with the other businesses, particularly since they have been here a lot longer than you.
