There are not adequate words to express how thankful our family is to have an upstanding facility like this so close to home. We have had the pleasure of exceptional care given by the aides, nurses and housekeeping staff. The expertise of an on-site wound care nurse and physical therapists has been hugely beneficial. The care team for our loved one was always available for in person meetings and open communication about living in the present and planning for the future. From the kitchen staff entertaining special treat requests to the convenience of on site transportation to doctor appointments, The Meadows of Leipsic has provided every comfort and care needed to facilitate the best possible road to recovery for our family member. We are grateful and blessed to have The Meadows of Leipsic in our community.

My husband did his post knee surgery physical therapy here. We both enjoyed the easy banter with the friendly staff, and I feel that helps the clients stay focused on the task but not any pain that goes along with therapy.

Meadows of Leipsic was our mothers first choice for long term care since she was originally from Leipsic. She is very familiar many residents and staff. Many of the staff are from Leipsic area which is a comfort to our mom. The care she gets is wonderful. The therapy folks are great too. Our mother is very pleased living at the Meadows of Leipsic.

My mother was very apprehensive about moving to The Meadows fearing from rumors that her assets would be seized. When finally the time came for her to make a short-term stay, she found the experience satisfying and agreed to make a permanent move. Through a number of years first in assisted living and then in the health care wing, she remained positive about her care and interactions with the staff. I appreciated the housing that was available for visiting family members.

My mother-in-law has lived here for over ten years. She started out in independent living and was there for a number of years. About a year and a half ago we finally had to move her to assisted living and then six months ago she moved to the nursing home care. She has been cared for as if she were in our own home, only better. The food is outstanding! I would recommend the Meadows to anyone looking for a wonderful place for their loved one to live. We have never been disappointed.

Most aids, nurses any volunteers I give 100+%. But manager is mean. I have multiple disabilities and need a dog. Two doctors wrote letters stating I was in need because of health. Now she says i need to have doctor stating I need breed clarification verify.(I want a rescue.) All shots, She was UTD.l couldn't. So no dog.
