The Link has become a helpful resource center. The food bank has some fresh vegetable and fruit options. It is nice to see so many people working together to uplift and encourage our community. If you have diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol etc. or if you are trying to prevent these health issues, finding the right foods is difficult. I will try to do my part to donate foods that will help those on special diets and for our children's future health.. Thank you all.❤️

I stopped going here a few months back because they are not kid friendly! Was told on two different visits it was too dangerous for them to play and laugh there. 2&3 yr old boys are NOT going to sit still for 3 hours. No where.
Gave them a chance today because we didn't have the boys. Went in signed up about 10 am waited till 11:30 watched 8 families helped and leave in that time and still about 4 ahead of us. They close from 12-1 for lunch. So we decided we were gonna just go cause we can't wait no more. A lady stopped us at the door. Literally blocking the door and tells us we can't leave till one of there people escorts us out?!?! Are you serious. Need to do better. Just because we are poor and even some there homeless, we have obligations and jobs and kids to feed. We live 30 minutes away that's a lot in gas. But we are Cullman county.
It is not a lack of volunteers there cause they have dozens it's seems they don't trust but one person to do anything so its an all day process.

They are always so friendly and they always have fresh fruit or vegetables and also meat. And when it's your birthday they give you a cake and everything to make with. They are awesome

This place is really great, the people are caring and considerate and there are several benefits available, including but not limited to, good, quality food to take home, showers with supplies furnished, laundry machines with supplies furnished, snacks while you wait with cold drinks or coffee, and several available classes. If you are homeless (like me) or simply down on your luck, living in Cullman county, Alabama, then you should stop by and get the helping hand that we all need on occasion.
