Reverend Oscar was friendly and informative. No need to sneak around, knock on the doors and see if you can get a tour. I recommend leaving a donation. Great background for good times

if you want to meet interesting people than you should go on travel. That is one of my Mottos.
Today we only want to make a stoppover by an famous movie spot. The Kill Bill Church. What i didn't expect was to meet there a charismatic man. He was another highlight on my journey. Oscar Castaneda, the pastor from the Sanctuary adventist church, so the Real Name from the church. He explained something about the Story behindert the church and his life. Since a long time ago i never met such a interesting human. It was a pleasure to meet him unexpected. Thank you for your time and the interesting conversation.

I went here on a Sunday just to see this iconic place. I did not go inside and was not aware if you could donate to enter. There are no trespassing signs and other signs that advertise a phone number for filming. I just wanted to see this place because of it's iconic role in films.

Really cool spot that is IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE. Honestly, you will drive for about 30 minutes without seeing anybody or anything, and then you’ll come upon this little church. I think they have surveillance cameras because there’s been a lot of visitors since the movie, but it looks just like it did on camera. So cool, old and vintage. A must visit for any Tarantino fan.

We had an incredible experience and were lucky enough to get a tour and presentation from the Pastor. When we arrived, we were happy to take pictures with the truck parked out front, but the Pastor was kind enough to move the truck and take photos of us in front of the building.

Highly recommend but manage expectations as to whether the Pastor will be available.

Looking for a different experience? This very out-of-the-way church has an awesome history and real hidden-gem vibe. The owners are friendly and would love to share their passion for the place. Unlike some other places, you'll probably be the only ones there.

Not sure if we went at a wrong time, because there're "no trespassing" signs all over the front on barbed wire. We notice what seems like a homeless encampment behind the church. with trash everywhere. Very disappointed. Was hoping to take some picture of the iconic movie site and donate some money to the church for up-keeping.
