I'm not sure why the bad reviews. Complain about an un-updated facility and then complain when they do construction to update it. Anyways, the place was clean, staff was nice, the room was nice and I'm overall just happy. It does get hot in this building, you can turn the heat off and it will get cold and if it doesn't, your in the mountains crack the window or crack the door it's not a big deal.

All in all, this isn't some incredibly fancy place by any means, but it is clean and reliable and I wouldn't hesitate to buy a room here again.

Got off to a bad start. In my booking request I requested a room near the pool and ground level since I had a small child with me. I got there for check in and was told I was on the top level and the furthest possible spot away from the pool that you can get and this is a large property so I was upset. I was told there was nothing they can do about it and could not change it which was astounding. So we get to our room eventually, get settled and decide to take the journey to the pool. We get there and there are no towels. I see one of the lady's from the front desk and ask where they are and she said there are none that we need to bring from our room. She was rude and walked away from me. I had it at this point and walked upstairs from the pool area and talked to the other lady at the front desk and asked her for two towels that I was not going back to the room again with my small child. She tells me sure then starts writing down my info like I was going to be charged for them. Doesn't give me a straight answer that I am not being charged for them after I continue to plead with her. Tells me she told me to bring my room towels at check in which I was not told that. At that point the rude lady walks back up and I tell her why she didn't just tell me to go get some towels upstairs instead of going back to my room and told me that's not what I asked that she just told me there were no towels downstairs. She could have just told me to go upstairs and get some and not back to my room. I asked for her name and she hesitantly did not want to tell me then spit out "Mercedes" which I'm not sure is the truth at this point. If you are out there you could use a refresher on customer service. Disrespectful and inadequate.

Overall this is a nice resort. We didn't know they were under construction when we booked. The hot tub was working but not allowed to use it. The stairway was stripped of carpet & had tack strips. The hot tub was the only real bother. My only other complaint is the fireplace in the room.....To use it we would have to purchase $50 logs from the hotel... Not okay in my book. Comes with the room and shouldn't be charged extra for use.

The management was ok, greeted us kind and welcoming. Parking was a little bit of a mess. the room on the other hand was awful. The door to the patio didn’t lock like the lock was ripped off. The hallway smelled horriable like mold everywhere. Extremely outdated. Workout room was ok. Indoor hot tub was gross. looks like the hot tub room was never cleaned poor ventilation.

I travel a lot, but this hotel was my worst experience ever. The room smelled really bad, and it was NO bed there. My friend has asthma, and we are at the age that we need bed to sleep, NOT pulled up sofa. So, we couldn’t spend the night there I talked to the front desk about the situation, but she didn’t care. She was just rude, so we left. We didn’t use the room, and I wanted my $217 back. |We spent this night in different hotel. The next morning, before we left the town we stopped at Silver Creek and I talked to Mr. Jared Bailey about the problem, and the refund. He told me that he will check everything and let me know. |Almost three months later- NO refund and NO call. |I’m just very disappointed and angry too.

On Friday evening, half of the hot tubs were not working. There was no way to get into a hot tub because they were all occupied.

Can’t they do maintenance on Mondays? Not on busy days?
Additionally, the hot tubs were dirty, with a lot of debris, hair, pieces of skin, and other things floating around.

Place is sort (The Inn itself ) of dated but 651, the owner Cynthia is an absolute doll! I will continue to rent off of her just because she is so accommodating and actually cares about her guests! Spotless unit, and a great owner!

Used the facilities but did not stay in a room. Very dated. Only interaction was with the one person at front desk. Not fast. Not friendly. Needed help. Adequate best description
