This place is so good to me. They are very understanding and nice and they have patience. They give out resources you may need and offer plenty of help. Yes they may get a bit overwhelmed with all the people who may be acting out but they do what they need to to help us all and make sure we have what we need. So thank you southeast clinic for everything you do

I have been here twice to bring my sister for the services. Both times have been good. The check in was quick, everyone was pleasant and kind to my sister, they took us all over to everywhere she needed to go and she got her medicine for free without insurance. Her medicine is absolutely necessary for her well being. I am grateful for this place and the staff and her doctor who was very helpful.

The second time I had to bring my 2 year old and the staff even brought her coloring pages and some cute books while we waited. They had little water bottles available in a fridge in the waiting room for free also, which is really nice! If the staff reads this, I appreciate you and the difficult job you are doing.

Always got rescheduled and canceled 3 times in a row by therapist Blanca Rosales. Had planned those canceled visits ahead of time made sure my daughters where presentable tried putting them to bed early the night before so they would be awake, had the house clean with space for her to do any activities then I would get contacted on random days if I can do the visit the same day. I couldn't and felt like she forgot the previous visit arrangments and probly felt I wasn't doing my part. I texted her about some c oncerns with my daughter or sent updates but never even got a reply. And before you put call the office I did the girl was rude and said to call Blanca so she was no help.

I honestly hate this medical facility. Besides the fact that my daughter has an amazing psychiatrist, the service really sucks. From the very first time I brought my daughter to an appointment, the receptionist has been rude. We come in for her appointments kind of early. Idk what the issue is that time of day, but we've never experienced a pleasant receptionist. Crazy thing is I've seen it my whole life they can be rude and nasty as ever, but since they've been working there long, it doesn't matter how they make patients feel. If you have an option to go somewhere else, I definitely recommend it.

My experience helping a family member receive treatment here has been overwhelmingly positive. Dr Ruan and Kiera are genuinely amazing in the entire process. Thank you.

They offer resources and support for mental health crisis and maintenance. You do have to speak up and maybe jump up and down a little but demand help. Don't give up whatever you do. Keep calling and keep seeking help for your family. No matter what don't give up.
