I had the most appalling experience at this place. I’m not going to identify my self because of the security reasons but Not only thry were disorganized, but their level of professionalism was abysmal. The staff at the business office were rude and unhelpful, even going so far as to hang up on me during a crucial moment. As a result of their incompetence, I'm now facing a few days without my necessary medication. It's utterly unacceptable and demonstrates a complete disregard for the well-being of their patients. Steer clear of this place if you value your mental health. They told me to call emergency if i’m going crazy without the pills. The doctor is out of town not the doctor’s fault, but i paid for the full amount of the pills I was supposed to receive, but they only gave me 20 of the 30 pills told me to call back when there was 5 of them remaining now when i call them they tell me to wait 8 days till the doctor returns or go to an Emergency. I like how they make a mistake and don’t take responsibility. This pill actually effects on my daily basis functioning! Doesn’t recommend this place at all!

They scheduled my relative to go in at 11:30 am; however, they ended up going to lunch right before the appointment. My first impression of this place is very bad, very unprofessional and clearly not geared towards helping. We are business owners and would never treat our clients this way. No excuses.

This place does a good job of treating mental health in the low income population. They are very thorough. The first appointment can take up to two hours. They help you set goals, prescribe medications and there's an on site pharmacy.

Beware of Dr. Zhong. He does not listen to you, won’t remember anything you say, and stutters through every sentence. He interrupts a lot too. On top of that, he cut me off of my antidepressant that I’ve been on for over 4 years without good reason and wouldn’t even taper me off of it. It’s not even a narcotic or anything dangerous, it’s one of the safest and most common antidepressants. I believe he is a danger to medicine and anyone looking to improve their mental health.

Good for last minute doctors visit because they do take most insurance. However staff is a bit rude and unprofessional. When visiting you need to stay alert because you could be waiting longer due to some staff members playing on their cell phone.

I was with the HC (SE/Long Drive) before I xferred to the HC (NW/Dacoma). Since I made that move over 2 years ago, I have not had a caseworker that ever checks on me, or that I have met more than once on the phone. When I was at the SE HC, My caseworker called every two weeks. At NW HC, they mostly ask a bunch of questions that get you excited that they might actually help you; Then just throw meds at you plentifully! I'm not complaining about the meds, I didn't say that!! Most of the ladies in the pharmacy rock. There are a couple of duds. Even the people that do not follow through on their job are nice most of them. This clinic has made me feel like they didn't try as hard as the last clinic to help. But, is there really "HELP" for some Mental Health conditions? If so, it doesn't come from a worksheet outlining my crisis plan. Though it would serve one well to have one in place. I speak from experience! Just my opinion.

This place helped me get therapy and disability for mental health. Walk inside are welcome and you can smoke there. Also if you ask for a snack , they will give out the homeless or hungry a few treats so that you don't have to pay for the snack machine. That's an insider tip. Just tell them you have to eat with your medication
