Prior to today, I’ve only ever ordered take out. My fiancé and I wanted to finally have a meal inside, and had the time to today. While the atmosphere is really nice, and service has almost always been great on take out and server was very nice today, I was disappointed in my overall experience today. I ordered the bacon jam burger and asked for it to be well well well well done, no pink. It was pink throughout. When the server first came around, I hadn’t taken my first bite of it so I said the food was good so far. If eaten a few of the pub chips (which were honestly fantastic)… and I’m not one to usually fuss about my food. My fiancé did speak up while I went to the restroom just before we paid and left, because he knew I wouldn’t. We got a $3 discount and as you can see, I didn’t eat the burger. I understand no discount had to even be given but I wound up paying over $13 to eat a slice of bacon and some pub chips. E order out from here a few times a week, so it was a little disappointing. If we ever decide to go back, I don’t know that I’ll be getting a burger.

Only 5 easy minutes off I-76. Nice break from fast foods. Nice variety of handhelds, salads, and sides. Good Reuben and French Dip. Full blown entrees are available, as well. Sports bar/restaurant/steakhouse. Outside patio seating also.

Interior is clean, decorated modestly but tasteful. Immediate entrance is attractive.

Menu is varied with "something for everyone" without being too busy.
Simple foods, well prepared.

Management is attentive, allergy conscious, and seem genuinely concerned about presentation and food quality.

Service was great. Service team was attentive without being intrusive, we never wanted for anything.
Food was staged, out promptly, fresh, and presented well.

10/10 Will revisit when back in this area.

My carryout order consisted of a top serloin steak, baked potato, mac n cheese for my husband. Fried pickles for my daughter. And cajun penne pasta with chicken and a salad for myself. The steak was flavorless. There wasnt a single piece of chicken in my order. There was no salad. There was a random container of au jus dipping sauce that i didnt order. And the fried pickles were BURNT! Im incredibly disappointed. A $66 order for this?! I used to love this place, the food used to be great. But it seems to get worse every time we give them our business. I mean, the pickles were black, dry, and tasted like charcoal! Disgusting! How do you forget to put salad but you throw in random au jus sauce that wasn't ordered? And the chicken that i paid extra for didnt make it into the order?! Not going back. Its definitely not worth my money. Gross.

Wonderful food and service. Menu items are creative and flavorful. The owners put their heart and soul into this place.

**My advice to those complaining about the pho because its not the same as other places would be to go back to those other places and never try anything new again, since you have zero room to tolerate variation in your food choices. Would you have the same level of expectations if you go to a Mexican place and order a hamburger Probably not.
People bashing this place just because they put their own spin on their food (the same way other places that serve foreign food offer their version of American cuisine).... Maybe learn to ask how somethings made if you're expectations are so rigid and inflexible that it leaves you emotionally damaged to try something new.

The best restaurant in sterling! I’m here almost everyday sometimes 2 times a day. The staff and owners are amazing, at this point they have made me feel like family. If you are riding through and want a great experience and food stop on in! You will not be disappointed!
