There are good items to find. The prices are pretty good. It's very organized, but it smells weird. Smells like a wet dog throughout the store, and it isn't pleasant. The employees were nice and helpful.

They receive all of their items for free yet still sell purses for $150. Insane. The price isn't listed, you have to ask for them to take it down. They're taking advantage of people who want to donate to have products available for those in need. Instead they're making money off of generosity.

We went to donate on a Tuesday, so not busy at all. We saw a short mid 30's man standing under a tarp/tent. We had 15 or more trash bags of clothes to donate. He pushed his empty cart to the back of the truck and didn't say a word. My husband and I are elderly and disabled. He did not help at all. I asked if he had a pole or something to help get the last 2 bags because they were closer to the cab of the truck and he said no and didn't make eye contact. My husband finally reached them on his tippy toes. Hopefully this man was having an unusually bad day because he never cracked a smile or said more than 3 words to us. Highly disappointed with this and will not be back to make anymore donations to this establishment.

There was no line. We saw what we needed immediately in front case. And we waited. Worker guy saw us did nothing. Then a lady showed up too. And guy said whoever is next in line? Line is over there so. That's what he said. There was no one in this line at the time anyway. Felt guy was rude to us. His name is Omar. We spent90 dollars and was going to get more but buy just set the 4 items aside and disregarded that we was still wanting more items from case. It's not like we were taking long. My husband said I'd like that this that and that. Anddd.. Omar just set aside and left us.

I would like this company to understand that as soon you draw the prices on your items with Sharpie, you are immediately lowering the value of your items. I'm not paying your above average price and taking my item home only to have to figure out how to clean the price off of it. Charge what you want to charge just STOP WRITING DIRECTLY ON YOUR ITEMS. No other thrift store in the area does this.

I did some research & come to find out your items being donated do not go to families in need, the profit from the donated items sold go into the pockets of some rich men. SMH donate somewhere else, & spend your money where the proceeds go to people in need.

This place should change their name from Good Samaritan to something else. There's nothing good about them my friend came down here asking them to help me because I am homeless in 5 months pregnant. They told her that they would help me with all the baby stuff I needed. When when I went down there they told me they would not help me. And they were very rude. And to go to the welfare office because that's what they are for. I only get $500 a month in cash aid and $162.00 in food stamps. And being homeless and having to buy premade food all the time I have to spend my Cash aid on food. I can't even afford rent for anywhere. And all the low income housing is a 2-year wait list. They should not named themselves something out of the Bible because they are not godly or helpful at all they are very bad people

Ran by clowns, you take donations, but I only have till a certain time. So much for people with jobs to donate. Open till 6:30, but only takes donations till 5, has to be the dumbest thing I've heard. Oh well in the garbage more stuff will go.
