Define excellence? That would be The Gongloff Group, who made selling my condo at Copper Mountain a breeze and a pleasure! Jeannette knows the real estate market in Summit county! She is also very business savvy and understands real estate investing at a much deeper level than most "brokers". She spent over a year helping my wife and I find and buy our perfect home in Breckenridge. Being a long time real estate investor, I was very selective about who I worked with up there. I probably started with 2 dozen brokers, and very quickly narrowed my list down. There just were not very many that "made the cut". Jeannette Gongloff stood out! The difference between the Gongloff group and most of the Realtor crowd in Summit County (and surrounding) is akin to an experienced surgeon and a resident. The resident knows what to do and may do it well, but the experience of the expert can pinpoint and avoid challenges before they are a problem. Working with Jeannette and the Gongloff group gave us that experience and TLC that other transient realtors simply can’t give because they just haven’t been around long enough to know better. Jeannette took the time to get to know us and what we wanted and then patiently guided us through our search and offers until Bingo! Then she continued to guide us through the contracting and legal part of the deal.
