I have gone to many Christian Retreats but Women of the cross is no ordinary retreat! I went desperate for change and a yearning for reconnection with God. I came with deep feelings of sadness, feeling like a failure and a hopelessness over the state of my marriage. Women at the Cross changed my perspective of myself and life completely and forever. I gained a ever new awareness and wholeness with restoration in areas of my life I never thought I could have confronted without help and encouragement of women just like me. Since then, my marriage has radically been affected , as my husband has gone to Men at the Cross, and we both experienced an amazing transformation. We both now staff at least two times a year, supporting others in their own healing and transformation. I am forever grateful for the people of the Cross Ministries. No other ministry/experience has so dramatically impacted my life individually, professionally, relationally and spiritually as Men at the Cross. I first attended a weekend in March of 2016 and since then have returned 10 times with no plans to stop any time soon. Each time I find that I am stretched and grow in profound ways.
