My mom was at Foresight for 3 months. The staff, were fantastic. The nurses and CNA’s were wonderful. Tiara, Rachel, Kimberly, Taylor, Cheyenne, Jessica, And many more night nurses that I did not get to meet. Were fantastic. They work so hard. And care so much for their patience. We have used this facility several times over the years for both short and longer term stays and we are never disappointed in the quality of care and commitment to the patients here!
The building is beautiful, pristine, and well-maintained.
The staff in all departments are excellent, caring, competent, and make us feel like they truly care about the well-being of our loved one and as a result, we feel safe and secure knowing they are receiving top-notch care!
The food is excellent and beyond expectations; my loved one always enjoys the meals served and the kitchen does an excellent job with variety, quality, and portions.
I would recommend this place again and again and again and trust them implicitly.
We are so very lucky to have a facility of this caliber in the valley!

My husband was at foresight for 6 weeks for new knee replacement because of infection from old knee replacement.The staff here are wonderful and very caring. He received daily physical therapy and occupational therapy. I am so thankful to everyone for his wonderful care. He will walk out tomorrow without any help. I am glad he can go home but will miss everyone. Judith dickson

My care was exceptional. The nurses and CNA's were caring and gentle. Physical and Occupational Therapy listened and were so adept with their help. The Dr. and the PA asked great questions and listened. This facility overall was a 4.5. My only complaints are: the plastic mattress which they didn't have any toppers for while I was there, my husband brought a pad up for me, the food was okay ( one of the CNA's told me that she liked their Chef Salads so that was my alternative).

Earlier this month, a jury awarded a former patient of The Center at Foresight $1.2 million for allegations of neglect that resulted in a brain bleed.
In a statement to The Daily Sentinel, Center at Foresight Executive Director Deedra Shear said she disagrees with the trial’s outcome, echoing the sentiment that Elliott’s actions had caused the fall and subsequent brain bleed.
“By regulation, we cannot force non-compliant patients to always utilize the resources we offer,” Shear said.
In an email to the Sentinel, CDPHE said its records do not indicate Foresight reported the 2021 incident, so a new complaint has been opened “to determine if the facility has any current deficient practices specific to reporting.”
According to CDPHE’s “Find and Compare Facilities” tool — which allows the public to view inspection reports, citations and incidents for health care facilities across Colorado — another resident sustained a brain bleed from falling while unsupervised in February 2024.

My father was at Foresight after back surgery.

First, I would like to commend EVERY staff member at your facility. Everyone was thoughtful, encouraging, caring, professional and tough when needed but empathetic.

During his stay we had a traumatic family event. You came together to help us get him everywhere he needed to be and at a moment’s notice. You shared your lives while caring for him. The individual human exchange meant the world to him during a very agonizing time for our family. Your caring and understanding helped him when he was alone and frustrated that he couldn’t be with his family during such a painful time.

Please ensure that all staff receive my sincere thanks and gratitude for the excellent care and support given to my father and family.

I spent 2 plus weeks at The Center at Foresight after a very painful spinal fusion surgery. My recovery upon arrival was minimal to nonexistent. I received the best imaginable care there from day one! By the time I left to go home I was in far better condition thanks entirely to the nursing staff, PT therapists and all staff in general. I could not have wished for better care and therapy! My previous experiences with rehab facilities from my dad to my career as a firefighter transporting patients to and from was unpleasant to say the least, therefore I was concerned about the care I might receive. The Center at Foresight is absolutely the best hands down. They treat you like family and do whatever you need to make you well. I have the highest regard for The Center and would highly recommend it.
