I have eaten several times at the cafe and never have I been disappointed with any of their food.
I really like the apple tea with my food. Also, their prices are reasonable.

They have really beautiful items in their gift shop, but pricey . I have purchased a few items .

I have purchased some plants from their garden center and they turned out beautiful.

I was extremely impressed with Brookwood Community! The food served in the dining room was exquisite, the gift shop was fantastic and had something for everyone, and the nursery had the healthiest plants and flowers. It was wonderful to meet some of the residents too. They were well loved and caring.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Brookwood. Every thing was amazing, professional, and simple. I was initially worried about how casual it looked, but the cafe looked completely different on our wedding day! The staff dimmed the lights and the room looked very romantic with the candles we had as center pieces. They have full length table cloths, but our flower decorator started setting up before Brookwood put the long table cloths on. Our pictures were beautiful, especially with the stained glass in the chapel. The food was the BEST, our tasting was the most enjoyable part of wedding planning! We had a lot of food and even had a lot of leftovers. The food is included at Brookwood, so we didn't have to do additional planning. We had alcohol, but a few people told me the actually preferred Brookwoods Apple Mint Tea- highly recommend trying it! I was initially worried about the small size of the dance floor. Turns out, it was the perfect size! We had about 130 people at the wedding, and the small dance floor meant everyone was in close proximity, which made our reception pictures look fantastic! (SGI photography). Since Brookwood is open to the public, we were able to visit multiple times before the wedding and get ideas on decor and seating. The cherry on top was that every dollar spent went to the welfare of special needs adults!

Beautiful store, amazing nursery with the best variety of flowers. The restaurant was wonderful and desserts even better. Wayne King is also AMAZING and the tour was extra special and so very meaningful! ❤️

This community is one of a kind and a truly amazing place. The Streit family has created a purposeful place to grow and foster each of their citizens into well rounded individuals. The amount of passion each citizen and employee has in their work in incredible and a sight to see. Their farm is equally as beautiful and highly functional, teaching valuable and complex skills that also provide to their own community and the surrounding communities. They have accomplished their mission and will continue to execute at an exceptional level with grace and purpose. So thankful for showing us around and telling their stories.

This the most amazing place and not government-funded. So if you want a great lunch and do a little shopping in their gift shop of hand made items, beautiful I might add. Go take a tour and donate to a great cause.

First time visiting for a tour of the facilities. Amased by the work that volunteers and residents are doing to bring awareness to the public about the dignity of human life in spite of various challenges. We all have a purpose here created equal to give praises to God our redeemer, and give thanks to God for his everlasting love.
