I’m a regular donor and this location is the worst. Unprofessionalism is their main issue, and you get the feeling from the staff that they’re forced to work there.

Long waiting time at the front desk (showing up on time with a scheduled appointment), getting tossed around between 3 different people like your visit is a burden on them, and not releasing you properly after you’re done.

Unfortunately this one is the closest to my place, I will be looking for a different blood center in the area.

I have been donating at this location for past two years. I have never had a bad experience. Saying that, I also want to add that I am a very agreeable person. I love the light banter that these employees have together and with their donors. I even have my daughter going with me now. It’s not supposed to be painless, and depending on our diet and body makeup, we are either an easy draw or not. If someone doesn’t get it on the first try they stop immediately and get someone to help.
At the end of the day, we are all here for one purpose, to save a life!
Thank you all for working in such a difficult career.

I love to donate blood but the staff here is very unprofessional. Steadily screaming across the building. Calling donators dumb for not knowing room 1 is called the blue room now. Well on behalf of all the donators we apologize for our intelligence not being on your level. We did not know we we’re in the presence of geniuses.
