I have very hard veins to hit, but Rachelle gets it first try every time. Rachelle, Fran, and Jay are always very friendly and professional. They make you feel comfortable and make it a joy to donate platelets.

The staff at The Blood Center in Nacogdoches are wonderful. They are all so friendly and very good at making sure you are comfortable. I have had no issues with them finding my elusive veins or any problems at all since I started going there.

This morning, Sept. 2, 2020, was my first visit to the center. Normally, I give through blood drives. Donating at their office was a much more convenient way for me as my work is nearby. They were all extremely professional and the process was easy. Fernando screened me, Rashael and Heather hooked me up to the machine for taking my plasma. They were the best so I scheduled my next appointment for 28 days later using the app. Plasma donation takes a little longer so Rashael checked on me frequently to make sure I was okay!
