I enjoyed visiting this facility. They have lots of free weights and exercise machines. They have 2 indoor basketball courts and one outside. Above the indoor basketball courts, there's a track with 3 lanes for walking or running. There's an indoor and outdoor water park. There are some "quieter" spaces, too, for sitting and lounging around. The pool tables are in this room. Between the indoor and outdoor water parks, there's foosball, ping pong, and air hockey.

Just outside on the south side, they have a lake with a sidewalk around it.

During the Summer, they offer Summer camps here.

The whole facility is nice and the staff is helpful. The indoor aquatic center is excellent for all ages and a great place to take a family swimming (which is the basis for my rating). There's a zero-entry pool that gets to about 3' which has a small play structure on the shallow side and entry to a lazy river on the deeper side. There's a spa (hot tub) for 12yo+, 2 water slides, lap lanes, a resistance lane, party rooms, and several family restrooms with showers right across the hall. Life vests, noodles, and puddle jumpers are free to use. Lifeguards are very attentive. I can't wait for the outdoor water park to open!

Was so excited to visit the new Y today. It’s a beautiful facility with something for everyone. Indoor pool with lazy river, waterslides, lap pool and kids zone (outdoor pool to come), nice locker room facilities with lockers you can code on site vs having to bring a lock with you, showers and family sized options, event rooms, upstairs workout area, track, basketball courts, outdoor court, many studio spaces for classes and a quiet hall with tables, couches etc for studying, chatting with friends or remote work options. Outside there is a small lake with walking trails and a newer playground that is not yet open. There are already some really great activities for kids, teens, homeschoolers and adults. We have always loved the Y and are about 30-40 mins away from this Y. It’s well worth the visit. I am hopeful a facility like this will one day come to NFW area!

The facility is great! I DO NOT like the way the YMCA makes it difficult to cancel a membership. You have to click on the "Join" tab and scroll down to find the process for cancelling. Please make that make sense. Plus, with the requirement of giving 30 days notice to cancel, you will most likely be billed another month. VERY UNFAIR. VERY SHADY!

Love this place. I love the people, atmosphere, machines and the employees. Older gentleman that works the front always calls me by my name, even when I’m not checking in, which makes me feel special. I want to say her name is Lacie, wow I didn’t know they made people like that anymore! She is a true angel. So kind and approachable. A beautiful 20 something black woman, at the front. So sweet and that beautiful smile always on display. Sorry I can’t remember names for the life of me 😑 bad habits and all.
The lack of pool/ life guard situation is a downer but to be expected, I suppose.

When are they going to allow the indoor slides for use This drives me crazy. I guess I should ask someone lol.

There is a kind young woman lifeguard who has a hearing limitation. I thought she was ignoring me one day- what a learning lesson for me. I felt like a huge jerk but now I know better.

***^My only area that I think needs a bit of improvement- the front staff need to be updated (maybe via email) on the indoor/ outdoor pool: lifeguard schedule- maybe every 15 minutes in the summer. …I called one rainy day to ask how long the indoor pool would be open for family swim. The older woman repeated 2x that it would be 12-8. I asked again, “the indoor pool” She said yes. I got my kids and nephew in the pool and I was notified that they had 3 minutes to swim 😔 I was so mad. Y’all, I called ahead, …I got all 3 boys ready and soaking wet for nothing. That day, I went to the front desk and told the lady I spoke to that she gave me the wrong information. That I was very clear. She just shrugged. Other than that, I love this place. So much to do w friends, family and loved ones! Great place to get active w family!! I stay impressed w the older crowd and their pickle ball skills- that is not as easy as they make it look.

****Also ty for the weight lifting equipment made exclusively for wheel chair only patrons!!! I will be bringing my dad asap. You have no idea what it means to people w limitations 🙏

I only go for the body pump classes, but they are worth the monthly fee.

Leah & Heather are AWESOME instructors. Truth be told I hate exercising, but Leah & Heather make it tolerable. They are bubbly, professional, full of energy—just really great overall. And I am seeing results, so that also encourages me to drag my butt in there 😂

Love this place. An essential for every young family. The parents night out option really makes me feel supported and I’m thankful to have a safe option to drop my kid off to be able to get quality time with my spouse. The staff is super kind and thoughtful. And I am especially grateful for Robert who provided us with empathetic exemplary service. I am moved by the work this YMCA is doing in this community.

I have used the service for more than 8 months, I love the place, clean and in excellent condition, the area in front of the lake is beautiful, but the staff at the Front Desk is TERRIBLE, they have no intention of offering good service. Although there have been few times that I have had to go to ask for something, they have never given me a friendly face to handle my request.
