I don’t rush to write short-term reviews for long-term situations, so I’m sharing this after my loved one has been a resident here for nearly two months. I could go on and on about how pleased I am as a family member committed to ensuring my loved one’s well-being in every way. However, her own words to me perfectly capture why I’ve given this facility the 5-star rating that I have.

She called me recently and said, "You know, when I first moved here, I tried finding any and everything I could find that was wrong with this place. But you know what? I can't find one thing. The people who work here are so kind, and go out of their way to make me feel so important. I've met some nice people around my age, and they always have stuff for me to do (even if I don't feel like doing it sometimes ☺️)."

She ended the conversations by thanking me for choosing this place. And that was enough for me to know that I had made the right decision.

No place is perfect, and there is ALWAYS room for improvement, but to EVERYONE who works to make this facility what it is...THANK YOU! 🙏🏾

Some staff here are phenomenal. But the new server in the dinning room seems to be ungrateful for her job. Very forgetful, ignoring the residents, forgetting some orders, and not even smiling. Get it she's alone most of the time and busy, but atleast smile and double check and look at the people's faces so you can remember if you forgot something. But no, straight to the kitchen. In and out.

PS. Adrianne, was great. Dont want to compare, but she was new too but did a great job. And You can see her perseverance.

The Avenues of Fort Bend offers a Memory Care Unit with a caring, professional staff. They are always available to listen to any concerns you have and resolve any issue quickly and professionally. Their amazing staff of caregivers are patient and kind to each resident, and never hesitate to respond to each individual’s needs. When you find yourself unable to provide the care and safety for your loved one at home, I highly recommend The Avenues. It has been a positive experience for our entire family.

The management here is top notch. Anytime I see an issue when visiting my mother the management is always considerate and supportive and immediately take action. The facility is clean and smells nice. I would recommend this as a safe place for any of my family members

The Avenues of Fort Bend is a wonderful and exciting place for Senior Living. The employees are friendly and welcoming. I’ve interacted with Christopher Perez on several occasions and every encounter is met with a smile!

I recently visited the community for a partnership with Quinn the Marketing Director and was very amazed! The community is clean, with friendly and caring staff. Quinn is amazing and really cared about my concerns and was very knowledgeable about the community! I been in the industry for many years and I would 100% recommend everyone to visit the community and have a tour with Quinn!
