They're amazing with the clients who attend the art program. The staff are a bit far stretched and the operations side could use an HR fix but other than typical business flaws the Arc Capital Area has the potential to grow and extend its reach across central Texas.

Let's see...I can start by saying one of their employees Kathleen Mullins lied to me...said she was sending a check then didn't answer my phone calls or emails...just corrupt business practice so no I would not endorse this organisation as ethical or responsible. Too bad.
