Legitimately one of the coolest co-working spaces I have ever used. The wireless connection is very quick, there were beverages/snacks in the kitchen, communication was clear, parking was easy. As someone who is moving across the country at night while working during business hours, The Annex was incredible!

I absolutely LOVE working from the Annex. I can’t believe how lucky this community is to have a place like this. It’s so easy to get sign up and get in the building all using an app on your phone. Trae is completely accommodating and you can tell how much he cares about the place by how clean and warm it’s kept, it’s quiet and modern and even decorated for Christmas. My coworkers who live in big cities are all jealous of my workspace and if I lived in town, I’d be there everyday. It’s an awesome location too where you’re a walk away from two coffee shops and lunch. I can’t wait to host a party there on the “outdoor” area that they have decorated SO NICE. Just completely, over-the-top-impressed with all the Annex has to offer. Check it out!

I love being able to live in a small town and still have the ability to work in an office setting while working remotely for a large company. The Annex is remodeled very nicely for all of your office and meeting needs. I highly recommend if you are a remote worker who misses the office setting or needs a change up from the day-to-day working from home.

The Annex is a wonderful facility with a great meeting room. The room was clean, spacious, nicely air conditioned (it was really hot outside), and had great AV equipment. The training we held here was seamless; could not have been more organized and easy! Trae Miller is an outstanding individual! He is extremely kind, down to earth, and easy to work with. He provided the amenities we needed and made sure the room was clean and arranged the way I requested. I highly recommend this very unique meeting facility and space. I hope to be back again in the near future!!

I have monthly meetings at The Annex and always leave happy. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Everyone there is very friendly and it's easy to book. I have had zero issues and highly recommend booking for your next meeting.

LOCAL- Logan County Arts League and LOCAL Creative District have been using the Annex since 2018. We utilize the large conference meeting space for both our board meetings as well as open community meetings. The space is well equipped with projector, printers, lots of outlets and teleconference options. Its in a great central location next to the courthouse for all of our members to easily attend.

Absolutely love The Annex as a co working space. It’s updated & modern, but still with historical elements. It has a kitchen with a fridge that always has refreshments. Great place for company meetings or for remote individuals.
