This place can be rented for meetings seminars conferences etc. It's very affordable and cozy. Lots of room to mingle in with lots of chairs, including tables.
Love the tiny food area very useful with sink.
This place don's a good size counter space in front of window that is very useful as well for displaying or serving snacks and appetizers.
For a little extra cost they have a kitchen you can utilize.
I recommend renting this for anyone that's looking for a meeting place as a most affordable and location convenient along with parking spaces conveniently in front.

Cool space right next to Tattered Cover, and right down the block from Union Station. Great location. Decent coffee bar in the lobby. Building is an amazing old building that is super green and energy efficient. Nice layout, warm and inviting.

Delightful ambience with great view on the upper floors. Good desk setting and a nice little cafe upfront. Perfect for relaxing and small conversation. You can also book conference room for meetings.

The Alliance Center is one of my favorite coffee joints in downtown Denver! The staff is always friendly. Great coffee, very affordable pricing and a fantastic vibe to knock out some work or just hangout with friends and coworkers.

I love the environment and atmosphere this place has to offer its employees and customers. The cafe makes one of the best Avocado toast with the addition of pesto and tomatoes to give it a rich flavor. The conference have amazing and cool furnitures to accomodate people and what I find fascinating the most is having a wall that is a board. You can write on some of the walls in the conference rooms amd they can be erased. This place is cool and if you are in Downtown near the Union Station on Wynkoop, give it a try!

A place you can rent to have meetings, conferences, seminars etc. Their renting price is the most affordable. Has everything for your use. Kitchen, chairs, tables, restrooms. Very bright room and comfy.
