Apparently they are still in the 90s because they can not send text or emails, you are most likely never get, but Today I was very pleased and surprisingly I met someone amazing helful there his name is Meme, very knowledgeable and impressive surpervisor because of his young age thank you keep it up

My husband applied for unemployment it's been a month and a half and he still hasn't received anything yet if you expect good service and financial help trust me this is not the place they will take there sweet time as you struggle to make ends meet and don't even try to call cause they will hang up on you after you been waiting for lord knows how long theses people only care about there checks to anyone who is struggling you will get through it just dont give up but this place shouldn't even cross your mind

The male brown receptionist at the front is as lazy as lazy can get! Bro had us waiting in line while he flirted with every coworker that had a pulse before he got to finally call on the next person in line. He had no idea about when orientation days take place

either. Idk how he got this job.

SWKEY program to “help you” find a job is practically useless. The government is just wasting money with these job positions. They don’t do much but point out obvious jobs you can find on the Texas workforce website. Complete waste of time for the worker and myself and the government pocket.

If there was a 0 star I'd give it ! Good Luck reaching out to these people they are no help at all. Maddison if that is even her name was very rude and so slow and everytime I call they don't even help you they always redirect you to other people and it's just an endless pattern. Everything is online nowadays and for someone who is new to all this won't get the help they deserve because there is no in person office because of Covid.

Useless. Submitted an online form for a wage claim. The number they gave me to call leads to voicemail. The employees couldn't even bother to look for a directory with someone I could speak with. I have better luck on a website than with lazy people. The state would save money by cutting out the fat. Full automation is required here.

One thing is for sure it's that the people at that location should encourage the less fortunate but instead make them feel worthless useless.This is what are government is paying for. These bottom feeders looking down upon the other person with no humanity what so ever. PS 1star sounds good to me your failing your test "Workforce" work with the people not against them . PS 1 more thing seems that users have gave this location five stars seems like they work there as an employee, employees shouldn't give 5 stars to locations where they work false advertisement!

These people don't care about us they are just collecting a paycheck. Its been over 20days and our ccms application is still in works. Receptionists are rude. Case workers are rude. Supervisors obviously cant control their case workers and to top it off they are blaming bad internet are you serious!?!?! What are our tax dollars being spent on!?!?!?!
