Please be careful and check your receipts I have had a situation not once or twice but 3 times where it does not give discount and if we don't check that's basically stealing from us. Last 2 times I didn't have the time or energy it was $6 n then $8 so I didn't go back. But this time was charged full price not 75% off then I was told could give me difference in store credit that had to be used that day. Was already running late n couldn't. I was extremely upset. I knew they knew this has been happening with there looks. Then they said that it has been scanning wrong color. What a coincidence on a $15 item too not my cheap item. I go there easy 5 times a month. Now have to wait for them to send t

This store changed it return policy and now they want everyone to check out themselves , I just won't go back anymore.

This is maybe one of the best thrift stores in Brownsville Texas, very organized easy to find what you are searching for. The men's clothing is not a big selection but is still a fare amount. The prices are a little high but this is for profit organization. They have discount days.

Nice and clean place. But the prices used to be more affordable. Another plus, they also have some self checkout registers.

They don’t accept the cloths that we bought even though they all had tags on and we had the receipt. I wanted to return the clothes since they didn’t fit me and I couldn’t try them on to see if they fit me because they don’t have fitting rooms. I wont be coming back to this place since it is a waste if time coming.

They had an extra day of 50%off everything and many didn't know which made the store much less crowded and a great shopping experience

Stay away!!! This company decided to change their exchange policy overnight and is no longer accepting any returns or exchanges. Even if the items were purchased before when the old policy was printed in the receipt!!! So now you can’t try on items in store and cannot exchange it if they don’t fit! No longer shopping here..these policies make no sense.

they have a new owner that apparently got rid of the exchange policy… so not only do they NOT have dressing rooms, but now you can’t try on at home and exchange it for store credit or something that does. If you don’t want to process exchanges, at least have dressing rooms. Less inclined to buy here if I can’t even be sure an item is going to fit properly

Very disappointed in Texas Thrift. There prices are crazy for second merchandise & no fitting rooms & no returns on anything. If that bathing suit or bra don't fit....too damm bad!!
