I had a strange and disappointing experience here. When I moved to Frisco I tried to find contact info for this facility. I looked everywhere for a website and/or a phone number but I was unsuccessful. I found a website through the City of Frisco and finally found a website. I initially emailed about the adult lessons. I was told to register on the website and I had multiple questions. The person I spoke with told me to ignore many of the questions and told me that there would be no fee for registration even though the application said there is one. After one lesson session I decided to sign up for the Master's Group. I met the two coaches and they invited me to try a few sessions and then re register. I asked the coach if I could pay for a year in advance instead of the monthly charges but I was told that I had to register before the payments would be available. I sent the registration in with the required payment and notified my coach. There are other fees that the application references and so I asked my coach in writing to have the manager call me. Almost instantly I was assessed the first monthly fee with a bank charge. Within minutes my card was charged for the application fee, a bank charge, a pro rated monthly fee and another bank charge. I asked to be released from the agreement and I walked away. I have never been called and I couldn't tell you how much the year would have cost.

I have been a member for 2 years now. I am extremely upset and displeased with them. To start with selection and scheduling process is just a hassle. Once we got in, I felt, any time I complained to the coach that my kid has been in the same level for months now miraculously they get promoted to the next level on the same week. It has happened more than twice. Then they switched schedule from 2 days to 3 days with no other options. And it was more like if you don't comply with the new change you are more than welcome to leave. We will fill your slot in a matter of minutes attitude. It feels like they are just trying to make money by dragging the whole process. Finally my kid graduated from the training but after trying out to the swim team she did not qualify. I mean she graduated from your program and you rejected her 🤷. Looks like they will only consider kids who are good for Olympics. I know my kid is not olympic level but it would have been nice if she had a chance to go to any competition to just have that experience. I joined TFA because of the swim team attached. This was a big slap in the face. I mean not even a training class to make it to the team. I guess they can continue this aggrogant behaviour until they have another competition. For all the new parents looking for swim class for their kids just stay clear of this program. I have many friends who has had the same experience and opinion.

My son has been attending this swimming facility since last September, and it's been a fantastic journey. His swimming skills have significantly improved thanks to the dedicated and focused coaching team. What sets this place apart is the limited number of students per session, ensuring personalized attention. Highly recommend for any parent looking to enhance their child's swimming abilities in a supportive environment.

We’ve been with TFA for a little over a year and it has been a great experience. Our daughter started in their lessons (stage 4 or 5) and is now in the competitive pool. Although the competitive pool is a bit chilly (please turn up the temp!!) the training from the coaches has been fantastic. The front office has helped me by answering questions and leading me in the right direction throughout our time here.

My 3 kids have gone through here and are such strong swimmers now. The program is amazing and they really focus on technique. They have a levels and a bell you get to ring when you advance to the next level. My kids would feel so proud to advance. Highly recommend their swim program.

I sent both my kids to TFA and their standards of teaching are very high. Both of them enjoyed their lessons and staff are very friendly. When it comes to the last station, I observed they are holding the kid too long in one level which is very demotivating. I understand its the last level and they have to get it all right, but there can be some improvements to the way they are taught/corrected at this level.

My daughter is enrolled here for her swimming classes. Many people recommended us to try this facility. We are glad that we listened and let her started here. Classes in this academy are well monitored. Facilities are clean. Instructors put their full effort. Thumbs up to Ford Aquatics.

Both my daughter's have participated in the Swim America program at TFA. The oldest is now on swim team and the youngest is in the Swim America lesson program. The coaches are patient and the program is designed to get the athlete on the path towards swim team. This is a great program for a young child if they want to eventually participate on a swim team. Please note, there is not a lot of space in the lobby so it can be a tad crowded at time. Overall this is a great program for children to learn the four strokes and move into a team oriented sport.
