Have called twice and on.line for assistance. Not even a call back. It is so sad the elderly get treated this way. Have waited since the 15th of January for any response. Please check you call back list from d elderly in need and at least give them a call back. So disappointed.

I have been waiting for my mother adult diapers. No deliveries not even once. Texas diaper bank called to get my mother information when I registered her with Texas bank because United health does not want to provide her essentials. So I turned to Texas bank. I think they get ur information like meals on wheels and they used ur loved information so they can get paid by the state and do not provide the services Texas is a fraud and need to close shop like meals on wheels. Not sure what's going on with this place. I've received diaper assistance a few times in the past no problem. This time around I haven't been able to get in contact with anybody. I re-enolled online for diaper assistance on Nov.1st here it is a month later and still haven't recieved a call back. I left 2 voicemails already.

You can't enroll online and you can't get through on the phone. When you call it plays a message and tells you to leave a message and press 1 and when you do it just goes back to the same message. So literally you cannot enroll or talk to anyone which is sad. At least have a vm set up or something

Horrible enrollment specialist Ana Martinez. It’s incredibly hard and impossible to get ahold of her I have been calling since the 26th it is now the 3rd and today is my last day before my application deadline and I keep going to voicemail I’ve left 4 voicemails and no call back

Loved the package they gave my for my first month but got busy for my other two months and never received a delivery since so like do I just get a delivery one time

Volunteered on February 9th at Texas Diaper Bank with Emerging Leaders Council of United Way of San Antonio and Bexar County. First time volunteering at this place. It was a great experience repackaging diapers for families in need. We repackage over 400 packages of diapers.
