Experience was AMAZING! Went in for a spay for my female cat, (about 8 months) and additionally they did her microchip, nails, antibiotics, and pain meds for only 95$!! As well as them receiving a grant that covered my spay for free! we almost started crying in the office as we are a VERY low income family; between just me, my husband and our cat. Ended up only paying 35$ for this visit and added a 10$ extra dollar donation! Love this place as the staff was so sweet and caring about the details of the cat. Definitely would recommend to others!!!

Love this location in Fort Worth! Saves me time and so much money. They’re absolutely the best. $55 for a years worth of shots. Ease of waiting in the car or outside. Short lines inside. And they REALLY CARE about animals. Thank you, TCAP and staff!

*~UPDATE: These 3 cats are my cats, I own them. They all have names. To others they my be feral but I can hold them and pet them. They eat from my porch and they can come in the house whenever they please. They very rarely leave our property. Since they don't allow others to hold them, I took them in traps knowing it would be easier to inject them for surgery. That has been my experience in the past.~*
I took 3 cats for the free spay and neuter surgery today and was charged $115. They told me that the 2 outside cats that were in traps were $20 each plus $5 for rabies and my one cat in a carrier was $45 plus the $5 for rabies then they tacked on $15 for a 24 hour pain shot for the cats with my knowledge. Total $115. I've used Tcap many times over the years but never this clinic. When I asked why I was being charged I was told because I had appointments for them. So I paid and went home. I looked on their website and found where I could get the free surgeries and it had the button to click on to set the appointments for up to 4 cats per household. We'll when I picked up my cats, I showed them the free surgery with an appointment for my zip code the story changed. Now it became only the cat in a carrier was free and I was too pay for the cats in the traps because they are only free if brought in during the feral cat check in. I have never had so much trouble. To top it off. I only got a credit of $25 instead of the $55 dollars I was charged for my cat in the carrier.
Be ready and prepared to discuss the bill with them at drop off if you think you're getting a free surgery. I loved the staff that care for the animals but the 2 at the desk seemed deceitful not wanting me to get the free surgery I had planned on getting, like I had many times in the past. I will used the spay neuter network in the future because there are no hidden fees with them. Free means free no matter what you bring them in and they give the rabies and microchip for free with every surgery. I want to repeat, the staff is great, I loved all the ones I dealt with. Just not the ones at the desk.
*~To update these cats are all owned by me. Not feral community cats. After talking to the administration office I was told it was because the cats in traps are considered feral regardless of what I say so the charges stay. I also found out I was charged $50 for antibiotics. This was not told to me that day. Had I known I would have refused it. I have the same at home.~* I encourage anyone reading this to go to the spay neuter network.

Grateful for this low cost option to keep my furbaby protected. Staff is caring, compassionate, and friendly. Thumbs up for the seamless process for waiting in line. I like the fact that you can get put in queue and then wait in your car until it is time to get in line.

This is my first experience in being pro-active for these dear animals. I brought in a feral,I named her Cookie. She was treated with gentleness and kindness, and staff were very professional. I felt at ease, and pleased. Now, Cookie can have a longer stress free life and visit me too. Please donate to this wonderful cause. Thanks

Great place for animal needs, affordable but not for people with anxiety (me). Tugging on my Great Dane for a half hour in line with him trying to leave every time the door opens.

I’ve been taking cats there since 24 and they have done so good with them and they’re really nice people and they do a really good job. And the new girl or guy that they got in there right now that’s doing all the surgeries is doing an excellent job. I give all of them five stars. Thank you, Candy Guillen.
