It sure is embarrassing as a funeral director to have a family walk in 19 hours after a death of a family member and TDS has a hold on the body and we knew nothing about the death which was at Erlanger Medical Center. This is unacceptable to put a family through the additional trauma This is not the hospitals fault, it is TDS who apparently doesn't consider the delay and the added grief it bears on a family.

During the last few days of my younger brother's life, this organization called nonstop to harass my parents to donate his organs. After several firm responses of no, the company STILL had the audacity to show up the day my brother was taken off the ventilator to ask in person.

I am not against organ donation, but if you do not respect the wishes of the family, you have no right to their loved one's organs. If it takes a father stopping you MULTIPLE times from approaching a grieving mother about her 20, yes TWENTY year old son's death. Shame on you.

My whole family, myself included, is removing our registration as a donor. If you don't respect or show ANY semblance of sympathy for donor's families or donors themselves, you are most definitely not getting my support.

I hope that your company is proud of their poaching practices and HARASSING grieving families. If you have no sympathy for those you're trying to goad into snatching organs from, I will no longer care for those who need organs.

Called my grandmother’s house 3 times in the middle of the night on the night of my grandfather’s passing. Kept calling after we said we weren’t interested. Unspeakably tactless and inappropriate. It is hard enough for her as it is. Donation needs to be addressed with an individual prior to his/her death, not with loved ones immediately afterward in the middle of the night.
