3.5 stars: Fantastic coffee!! Absolutely adored the vanilla oat latte- one of the best I’ve had in a long time. It was flavored well, it was just sweet enough, and the coffee was nice and fresh. The servers were also very polite and helpful in making my drink. That said, we also ordered a cheese and chive scone, a ham and cheese croissant, and a chocolate croissant. I was pretty disappointed that they didn’t have an oven to heat up our food - it seemed kind of basic? The food was good, but stone cold. Next time I come, I’ll bring a microwave for everyone to use 🙂

Coolest shop I’ve been to in ages.

Extremely cool vibe: spacious building, great decor, penny floor, cool merch, ample seating, and nice ambient music.

I loved that they had a sample carafe off a pourover out for people to try.

Had a Costa Rica natural pourover and a croissant and both were great!

I absolutely adore Temple Coffee, especially their espresso-based drinks made with their house blend, Dharma. The flavor is incredible!
The service is fantastic. The baristas are incredibly welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. They're always happy to chat about coffee and offer helpful tips on improving my home brewing.
This is my favorite coffee shop in Sacramento, and the K Street location is a particular favorite. I also really appreciate that they're open until 10 PM, making it easy to grab a decaf late in the evening.

Temple Coffee is always a great stop and super consistent. Never had a bad coffee here and love their espressos and varieties they often change out. The atmosphere is super charming, and the coffee is simply fantastic. Every drink I've had here has been spot on, and the friendly staff always make you feel welcome. It can get busy at times, but the wait is totally worth it. This location is one of my favorites—great vibes, excellent coffee, and outstanding service every time!

I’ve been coming to Temple on K street for almost 10 years now. They’ve always done an amazing job, but today has been my biggest disappointment to date.
The lobby wasn’t kept clean (tables not clear of all dirty dishes.) Trash like dirty napkins, to go cups & lids were also visible especially in the patio tables. The area where one can prepare their coffee was also full of used dishes. But the worst part of this experience was that our coffee was given to us in a to-go container. Maybe this was done by the staff to offset the influx of new customers that have been coming on the weekends due to the Farmer’s Market versus the quantity of staff behind the counter. But if I wanted a quick to go cup of coffee I would drive through the McDonald’s DriveTru. I make it a point to drive way out to Temple from my house to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee on my day off and today was not the case. So in conclusion, and a piece of advice from a customer’s perspective to the management team and to maybe pass on to Sean Kohmescher, you may want to hire a staff member to CONTINUOUSLY keep the lobby clean and up-kept.

Beautiful coffee shop in Midtown! Great features of pour over coffee and vegan baked goods (muffins, breads, cakes). Seating was a bit scarce but it was a very enjoyable visit.

Very cute place, I wish it was a lil bigger but that's because it is so poplar. Another sofa or two would be nice. We stopped in after date night, customer service is amazing added touch is staff going around asking to clear the table for you. Definitely give them a try.

I love the vibe of a temple coffee. The style is loft and modern and always want to do something nice like work or have chat with your friends in such a place. The price may be a bit higher than average, but taste of coffee is really good.
