My son and I are people of color and yet we know that Yahweh does not recognize division. We have all been created out of HIS divine love and we should as a people reflect that very essence in one another. We went to the temple on Sunday Morning at the posted10:00 am service for our first time. When we got out of our car to walk in the temple, My son and I noticed the armed security car open his window to observe us waking in. So very obvious , Wow!!!! Then we walked into the temple thinking we would be going in for worship service. Two people not even asking our names and nor saying welcome .... abruptly asked us " Can we help you"! What a question to ask?! I replied "we are here to worship".... why would you ask us such a question! We felt this approach was NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. We came there out of love and to support what we thought would be our new home of worship. My son and I are now looking for another temple to grow and worship at. We have so much to offer in God's kingdom. The environment at this temple is "very cold and unwelcoming". Very disappointed! We did not feel the presence of Yeshua there "AT ALL"!!!! We deserved to be treated better than that. Does the color of one's skin makes them unacceptable in a place of worship? My son and I will pray to Yahweh that this temple will do better in welcoming others that don't look like them in the future .. the presence of Yahweh is in us all. When you treat the least of us like that , you treated Yahweh like that! My son and I are so surprised and hurt!!!! Our search will move on!!! All praises to Yahweh!!!!!

Nice small reform synagogue. Cantor sang and led prayers beautifully. Rabbi also wonderful. If I lived nearby I'd attend regularly. Everyone wore masks at the service, so I felt safe.

What an amazing community. Temple Beth David is not the largest community but they are the warmest from day one when I walked in I felt accepted.
I really love the way that they bring service and healing the world into every part of that community. part of the Hebrew school programming is how what they are there dating can help people. The kids are always doing fundraisers to four different organizations.

The clergy and staff they are completely amazing you can call them and they'll do their best to help you if they can't help you they will find someone that can.

Temple Beth David is a very special place to me.
