It’s a good program. You need to be motivated. If you follow the rules and complete inpatient they can get you into one of their sober livings which is way better than the ones you pay for. They offer everything you need to be successful, MAT services, therapy, psychiatrists, nurses and meds. They’ll help you with anything you need, you just need a little patience.

The supervisors were rude and most of the staff are rude too they don’t have any manners, they More strict with the rules with the girls than they are with the boys. Sometimes they take off your points without a reason. I would give this place a zero if I could. And there are only about 3 good staff that work there, that’s Anna,Adrian, and Milton.

Employees are disrespectful and don't bother helping the people who are trying to get better. They don't help with housing as they say . I wouldn't recommend it.

I've been with Tarzana Treatment Centers - Home Health Division for about 2 years now. I don't know what i would do with out them. They help me with so many aspects of my life such as mental health, transportation, filing grievances, CBEST, etc. They have so many resources and I never feel like I'm asking for too much or for something unattainable. They seem to have the answers or resources to my needs to help me better myself and better my life. I am grateful for them and my case manager Brianna Johnson. I live in Long Beach and they make things happen for me even though they are in Lancaster. They are always available to help with just placing a phone call. After 7 years of feeling helpless and on my own, its nice to have someone who has your back. Even if you just need to talk, they are there.

i would not go here for treatment. the staff are really rude and you can only call your family members once per each other day it sucks ! and there was a lot of starvation ! it was so boring to. and when i was dealing with my drawls they wouldn’t do anything to help me. the only nice staff i got to meet was Anna , and Alejandro !

This review is for the HEALTH HOMES program based out of Tarzana Treatment Center.
I can't say enough for this lifesaving program. To my understanding, they assist you by being a liason between you, your PCP, any specialist, transportation and other services. For me, they schedule appointments ( which at my clinic is horrible, you can't ever get through) and ensure I have everything needed from my providers. I often put my health last being a caregiver among other responsibilities so this service is incredibly helpful and saves me a lot of headache and time.. Carol S and the team are amazing!

one of the staff there broke patient confidentiality with me by speaking to another patient about me in the office and then after that a person I was put on non-com with they put me in group with her and she started to talk to me again after making fun of me for being on a walker and after that they decided to throw me of my program so basically instead of helpin me they threw me out of the program in residentalafter I refused not to leave they tried to call the cops on me and get me thrown out that way
