It's great if you want to hang out and play cards and enjoy a friendly atmosphere, no joke. The fitness equipment is poorly selected for people over 40. To top of that off, it's cramped and has only two monitors for 15 cardio machines and the lights are way to bright to watch the monitors. Amost all staff is great and super friendly,-- they go out of their way to be helpful to seniors. I really love them. The maintenance folks seem to keep this place looking like new after so many years. There does seem to be occasional entertainment that is well selected and other activities. The pool is really great for lounging. Update April 2018: This place is very strict about entering the community center and checking for i.d.'s. even if they have known that you have been a member for 20 years, you are still stopped and checked. It's created an atmosphere of distrust at times, but when you buy a home here, you buy into the rules.

This is one if the best community centers I've ever seen! It has so much to offer and the guest relations staff are VERY friendly and helpful! They have a gameroom, library, billiards room, craft room, technology room, kitchen, nice public restrooms, a large room for events such as yoga, game night or dancing, a fitness center and pool that are open from 5am-11pm, in addition to tennis courts, racket ball and bocce ball! They have committees for every thing to keep residents engaged and offer help to the novice in any activity. It is meticulously cared for and gorgeous! This place is amazing!! I can't wait to live here and join in all the fun!

Quit possibly the nicest retirement facility I have ever had the pleasure to visit. It is modern and we'll maintained, clean and spacious. Staff are friendly but not intrusive. Residents are energetically and genuinely cheerful. There is a sense of community and well-being.

A wonderful community with many activities and friendly residents. Clean, well appointed community center, that includes bocci ball courts, pool tables, tennis courts, pool, hot tub; all of which are well maintained. Easy access to the Loop, an over 50 mile well maintained paved pathway around the Tucson area for hikers, runners, bicyclists, walkers, etc. that has connections to major roadways and regional parks.

This a good place to start your search for over 50 full time or part time living in the Tucson area. The people at the front desk are friendly and should be able to answer questions about this active adult community. This is not a sales office. This is an information center. The pool, courts, activity rooms and activities are all available from this center. The specific floorplans for houses in this Del Web community are available on line. Come take a look at the views and ask questions before you talk to your realtor. I have lived here for 16 years and am happy to visit the Sunflower Community Center.

I visited a friend. The roads were like a maze. Full of Cul-de-sacs trying to exit the place. Houses all looked the same, like a Cookie Cutter Village. Beautiful landscaping though, at a pretty HOA fee, I imagine. Houses way too close together for my liking. Nice to visit, but me personally, wouldn't want to live there.

We all love the small town feeling of this community. Wouldn't live anywhere else.
The 55+ facilities and clubs are just what we decide they should be. I'm very grateful to be
here.
