We love our home 4 bed 3 bath ranch style home. We bought when builders had all of the advantages and buyers didn’t. So they didn’t budge on trying to accommodate any of things on our list we asked for but that hasn’t stopped us from being happy with our decision to buy. And now is an easier time for buyers to purchase and negotiate then ever in the last year.

Here are some things we love, the neighborhood is family friendly. There are a ton of families and some retirees as well. Windmill should definitely add a tiny park for the kiddos, but there are about seven parks within a mile. We love our three car garage, vaulted ceilings, and the layout of the home. Our ranch is very quiet which was a pleasant surprise. Our home came with a grey granite everywhere but I love the carrara like alike granite, and matte black tile they use in some of their models. Our home came with a finished basement and we are happy to have it. There will soon be a huge shopping center down the road in Johnstown that will be awesome to have while still be far enough away that it doesn’t take away from Millikens small town charm.

We are supper happy with our purchase and I don’t think you can find a better value for a new home anywhere else in Colorado.

Nice, family community. My daughter and her family bought a house here a couple of years ago. My biggest problem is how fast cars drive through the neighborhood. They've had a couple of issues with the water and their street flooding, which I assume the community has addressed and corrected.
